Testing out my new turbocloner got a sweet deal from the grow boss.
I have a 3 light rotation with 2 4x4 flower tents and an open veg, this is my first SOG, I have tried a few but I always veg too long but now I think I have my timing down to be in the cloner for 2 weeks and then straight to my flower tent as it comes down.
I took mostly super skunk cuttings, only had one mother and fell short of the 40 I needed so I have 10 blueberrys too.
Check out some of my other grows too
Thanks for stoping by, questions, comments and tips are always welcome
Day 10(pics) : Day 10 looking healthy but no roots yet.. only a few that are showing some "root buds"
Not to happy about it, I get roots showing in
8-10 days with my old fassion root starter plugs..
But we will see what happens, in 10-14 days I'll need these ready for 1 gal pots to start flower..
As a back up I took 40 clones and put in a normal dome 2 days ago, hiding them in my room because my grow space is too full haha... so no matter what I am confidant that I will have my 36-40 clones ready for my SOG.
Stop by my other grows too, have a 3 light rotation about to harvest next week and other tent will be half way into flower
Tips, tricks, advise and questions are always welcome here
Happy growing
Day 19: water/nute change for the cloner. put the cloner out to the end of the 400 W T5 and installed my 240 W LED
Day21: plants are definitely liking the new light started growing right away I need 36 clones for my grow it looks like I have 30 that are showing good healthy roots 15 or so that aren't doing well good thing I took some back up clones and I should have plenty probably will be transplanting into 1 gallon buckets this week sometime.
Day 28 (pics) : transplant day to 1 gal pots put under 380LED 52" away on light mover

This is gonna be one fun run!!
Day 35 (pics) : 7 days in the new pots and tent, cleaned the bottoms and left 2-3 nodes depending on the plant. Put into 36hr dark period to kick off flower. Put to sleep Wednesday night 7pm, lights on Thursday 7pm and set to 12/12

5 drops superthrive
Ppm 200 ph 5.9
First try at this, so here we go
Happy growing
Flower day 5: relollipoped all to top 2 nodes and some I left top 3 leafs
About half the plants were dry, I didn't pre mix and pre water the soil so they were not all even, added water as needed
Flower day 7 (See pics):
Flower day 13 (see pics) 5 gallon mix of
1 cup worm castings
50ml liquid Seaweed
50ml humic acid
50 ml molasses
Bubbled for 24hrs before using
This is my "microbe tea" and also lots of other good stuff
Flower day 15-19 been slowly striping the bottoms of any that get side branching
Let a couple in the side corner to it to see what happens since this is my 1st SOG
FLOWER DAY 19: see pics
Bud sites coming along nicely
Flower day 46: been really busy sorry for lack of updates, you can really see the 2 strains and how different they grow... lesson learned, SOG, only 1 strain!!
This grow has been really hands off, just some light nutes and cal mag, onto cal sulphur now for ripining
Thanks for stoping by, happy growing
Big mistake: half the space was strawberry other half was Skunk..
The skunk hardly stretched and the strawberry did big time. Also the skunk finished weeks before harvest and the strawberry was still going..
If o do a SOG again...all one strain....
Only got like 4oz (half of normal Grow)
But I learned something and got enough smoke untill the next tent comes down in 5 weeks :)

Damn bro, you have the super cloner. Thats going to be one heck of an amount of clones. What do you have planned for all of them? Do you intend to keep them all or just take the best few?
@DabCrab,
I cerntally hope so, this will be my first try at a SOG. I hate dicking with trellising my larger plants and constantly trying to even the conopy and maximize yield.
So I figured I would give a lot of small plants a try..
Even if they get .25-.5 oz each I'll get 10-20oz and I don't get more than that with big plants...
Less work, same bud and weight, sign me up :)
Love your Grow Room! Especially the light mover!! Your transplants look clean too! Do you know how many you'll end up keeping? Just curious because it seems like a lot of Ladies in there now! Happy Growing!
@BudKingsGrow,
I a making a SOG
or Sea Of Green.. this is where you only veg for 7-14 days and then flower.. it's my first try at it.. so I will be keeping all 36 plants ;)
Goal is to end up with each plant with a nice fat main cola only..
Should cut down on trimming and canopy management (that I hate both of)
My other current flower tent is on day 40 and killing it with a SCROG that somehow stands for Screen of Green, that is where you lower and weave your plants into a trellis.. I'll try both a couple times and see what I like the best..
But my 50 site turbo cloner makes the SOG so enticing
Hey dude,
whats your water temp? 18-20°C would be perfect.
Have you sprayed them with a nutrient solution? Works wonders if they don't have roots yet. 😊
@PigBearMan,
I have not sprayed them
I'll will do so tonight
I did pre spray the mother 3 days before cloning like I always do
I don't know what temp the solution is, it's on the floor, I've grown DWC in the same space ....
@Mr_Positivo,
Yes on my res change I went w just clonex and microbes.
I was using my normal mix for clones... but I agree with your observation and have already made the adjustment.
I also need to take larger clones and cut at the node knuckle, the 5 or so cut like that are the best ones
Thanks for the advise, help is always welcome here
@Fun_Growin, Grow Boss gets a very healthy bunch of roots in 10 days which leads me to think, the only nutrients needed for the first 3 weeks are the Clonex solution and the Clonex root maximizer, soluble version. Suggest trying minimal approach next time as this might result in speedier rooting. Pulling up a chair for this one. Cheers.
