Slight yellowing cotyledons. In a half coco soil mix. Not sure of best ph. I guess this may be dependent on nutes. Im still using organic inputs so I'm going to treat it like soil and trust the rhizosphere to do its thing, letting the ph swing a little bit. One plant still lagging behind slightly. Will get them on a proper watering soon.

Casual week of veg. Neither of these are the fastest plants, definitely not helped by very low humidity. Trying to keep it up to at least 40% but without extra moisture added to the tent it can drop as low as 27% with the cold weather outside. The bigger of the two was showing a bit of clawing so I've left out the grow nutes a couple of times this week. The runt of the two looks like it might be finding its feet again. It was showing very slow growth and the start of a calmag problem with a few white patches appearing between the veins. I've given it a good dose of calmag and the newest leaves look healthy. Never quite know what you'll encounter with second use soil.

Plants are doing well. It's been a long time since I've not LST'd plants so it's nice to watch them grow naturally. First plant is doing fine. Should have a nice main cola. Second plant has had magnesium deficiency from the start, showing clear striping on all leaves. Given a good shot of epsom salt this water so should clear. Hasn't stopped it growing well. It's not as bushy as the other one but still has reasonable height and might still do well in flower. Also been too close to the light for a couple of days so is showing light stress on the top leaves with that sort of 3D ridged look of the leaves.

Both plants are in their stretch now. Stacking up the buds in dominant main colas. I'm wondering if I have slightly different phenos here. The second has incredibly sativa-like leaves and all have an unusual split as seen in the photos. The first plant has had a P def spring on me this week. The plants had still been on grow food so I switched to bloom and the deficiency looks to have stopped in a couple of days. Both have grown tall enough now anyway. The first is showing very slight bleaching of the top leaves as it's too close to the light, but I'm enjoying the aesthetic of not having LSTd my plants for the first time in ages that I'm loath to bend that cola down.

Plants are doing very well. Both have stopped their stretch and have been stacking up bud sites along their main cola. Lots of hairs sticking out all over the show. Trichs starting to appear on leaves and a smell starting to develop. The P def of the first plant completely went and it's doing well, with nice rich green leaves. The second plant started out with a heavy magnesium deficiency and has never had quite as verdant green leaves, but it's not stopped it throughout veg and both plants are identical in height. The second plant looks to be showing a slight deficiency in P and K but I expect that to clear up after the last feed. Upped the bloom to 5ml this week and introduced PK so they should have all they need. Both plants of this strain seem to want a lot of Magnesium. I've fed epsom salt in low dosage all along but they just can't seem to get enough of it. Run off PH was at 6.0 at last watering so I'll flush the medium next time and try to lift it a little, but neither is showing any ill effect.

Both these plants seem to be wanting lots of Mg. Clear lines between the veins on both plants. Plant 1 is filling out well. Going to have one fat main cola. The smell is starting to ramp up a bit. A sort of skunky damp citrus smell. The buds look like they're going to be pretty solid too. Plant 2 has struggled slightly all along. Not quite as dense. It's leaves have never looked quite as healthy, but it's still going on at the same pace as the other. Slight bit of leaf bleaching on top.

Smell upgraded to strong. Filling the tent now. Grapefruit funk. Damp, skunky, citrus. Both these girls on the home stretch now. Still lots of white pistils so plenty of time for these colas to get seriously chunky. Plant 1 has been on point. One large dense cola with orange hairs just starting to show. Still very healthy green to it's leaves and will probably start slowly reducing the feed in about a week. Plant 2 is a raggedy motherfucker. It's leaves are hanging all over the place like a chump with a mop cut. It's leaves have always been slightly lighter in colour so I'll be careful to keep feeding enough, but it should still yield quite well.

Almost there now. Really stinks like hell. Squeezing through every zip on the tent. Starting to taper off the feed. Plant 1 looks like it's almost there, with one chunky cola. Plant two still has quite a few white pistils and could take slightly longer. Plant 1 has got a bit of bad light bleaching, but I can't do any more to move them away from the light. The tent is full. It's so cold here and the humidity has dropped down to about 20% in the tent. Good for these plants ripening up but not great for the smaller ones in veg. Quite a few trichomes on the buds and Plant 1 looks like it might have quite dense buds. Really looking forward to smelling this one in the jar.

Just on plain water now. The plants have definitely put on a bit more weight in the last week but they're very nearly finished and just waiting to ripen. Trichomes are all cloudy and I can only spot one or two amber trichs so will wait another week to see. Plant 2 looks like it could possibly go a little longer so we'll see. Tiny bit of purple coming through in the buds of Plant 1. Both plants have a real wobble on now with the weight as seen in the video. Have really enjoyed growing this strain. Buds look dense and sparkly. It stinks to high heaven and should have good bag appeal. Just keen to get them out the tent to give the light over to the other plants.

Day 77. Both plants are so almost there. Think I'm going to chop them in a few more days because I'm impatient to have more space for the other plants. Plant 1 has put on some really nice purple in the last few days. I can see a few amber trichs here and there but mostly just cloudy so I think she's good to go. Plant 2 has beefed up a lot but the main cola looks a lot looser. All the same both plants look like they might yield the same. I'm thinking maybe 2 ounces each. The smell on this strain is strong. Fills the tent with a thick funk, but a lemony fruit smell to the touch. Really looking forward to smelling this one in the jar. I've put both plants into darkness for 48 hours to see if I can see any difference on the frost, and it's about 10c in the cupboard so it might bring a last bit of colour to the buds. I would definitely recommend this strain. Looks to have density, smell, crystal - and would work well as a SOG setup. Stays short and squat with one main cola.

Week 11. Harvest

Happy Harvest Day!

Loved this strain. Hugely surpassed my expectations. Was strong and handled deficiencies well. Pre-harvest seems to have some good density to the buds and she absolutely stinks. Both plants seemed to want a lot of magnesium early on, mostly I think because the soil needs amending, but otherwise took nutes well and just kept putting on weight. Normally when I harvest more than one plant, one of them has had some issues and been affected in yield as a result. Nice to harvest two beefy plants. As a strain it stayed squat with a perfect size for my tent. Both pretty uniform. Both with main colas which would mean I could actually squeeze in 3 or maybe even 4 at the same time, so will definitely run this one again. Doing a wet trim has stunk up my flat so bad that I've had to put them back in the tent for another night just to clear the smell. Will update with weights soon.

Again really easy strain to grow and I'm really pleased with the result. Some great colours in the buds with a good amount of frost and smell. Would always like to see an even frostier strain but I think this stuff will dry down really well and have great bag appeal. I was really surprised by the low yield. The plants did so well but yielding just over an ounce per plant was a bit of a bummer and possibly my lowest yield of any plant I've ever grown. No training almost definitely made a huge difference. Smoke report: Very tasty strain. Floral and fruity when vaped. It has a slow come on which seems disappointing at first but then hits after a few minutes. Medium strength that lasts maybe an hour and a half before slowly wearing off. Very nice strain.

@Lerium, Yeah they're good man. Eager to get them both out the tent now so down to that point of patience. They're nearly all cloudy and I've spotted one or two amber but will probably give them another week and hope to see 10% amber or so.

@Lerium, Mostly cloudy at the moment. Struggling to find an amber. Expected them to take at least another week though.
