Male plant has blown up. Females are all looking happy and stretching to the lights. Watering every other day depending on soil conditions.

2 more weeks? Trichomes are transitioning from cloudy to amber. I'd say 80/20 cloudy to amber.

Are you sure you're not looking at leaf trichomes? It looks a bit early to have amber yet... I would say she still has alot of life in her tbh. You've only been flowering for 7 weeks, breeder suggests 9 so it will probably go for 10/11 weeks, and it's meant to have some purps😂

Discovered small white pests that are smaller than the trichomes. Any idea what these are and how to get rid of them?

I think it is a larva or fly or mite although it is very difficult to say for sure, but the small size makes me lean towards this hypothesis. Apart from the various known remedies, in these cases I use nettle macerate. You can prepare it at home or buy it ready. Rather effective. And it does not alter the flavor of the buds. Remember you are in bloom, you have to be careful.
