sanchelos I soaked it and it sprouted, placed it in a coconut disc, dropped the helmet, and it's growing quite well. The only problem is with the coconut disc; when and what kind of feeding to provide is unknown(!

Yes but add extra cal/mag.
You may need a different ratio to achieve a nice flowering.
