Grass_slinger Well, itโs underway...
I canโt wait to see everyoneโs diaries coming along at the same time, especially now Iโve found some others in the competition with the same strain.
So to start off, I popped the seeds into lukewarm water until they all stuck out a taproot. This process approximately took 24 hours.
After that, I placed the seeds straight into a 6.0ph damp mixture of coco coir with perlite, mixed with a low dose of monster bud mix, supplied by Zamnesia.
Then I placed the pots under the LED light for one night and 4/5 girls have put their heads up.
Iโm going to give all 5 seeds about 2-3 weeks in small pots to reveal which plant has the strongest genetics, followed by the best being potted into the competition pot provided by Zamnesia.

My question is to all participants of the ZAMNESIA SPRING CUP. How longs everyone planning on vegging for with the monster bud mix , Iโm not sure how long it will provide nutes for my grow medium .
Grass_slinger Week 2 : already had my first major fuck up..
Made the mistake of putting the Babies straight under a budget LED from amazon , far too pawerful for the seedlings.
Luckily I noticed it after 1 day but I seems too have stunted the plants like mad and caused some burning of the first leaves...
Also 2 of them seemed to go limp during the massacre and have struggled for a of couple days finding their strenght.
Hit and miss wether they are gonna bounce back.
I hate loosing a pheno man ๐
Honestly canโt say how GUTTED I am ๐.
The show must go on though
Under a soft fluorescent tube light I have and are looking better already .

Grass_slinger Going slow after recovery from the sting light but these 2 Runtz are my survivors and will be repotted in the coming days.
I assume the slow growth is due to the lack of feed I put in the small pots...

Grass_slinger This week was a slow week due to my lack of attention as Iโve been extra busy sorting my outdoor garden,ready for the guerilla grow This summer.
Anyway Iโve decided to transport these to perky little plants into the final pots , one being the OFFICIAL ZAMNESIA POT. The other pot was just once of the many I have laying around. Theyโve both got the same mix in them consisting of coco, perlite, Monster bud mix sachet and ph water to around 6.2. Should be able to start some training off soon as they take to their new homes.

Grass_slinger So this week after day 5 of the new transplant I decided to F.I.M both girls.
They seemed to almost not be affected by the stress and Iโm yet to realise if the FIM has worked or if the plant has just simply grew through.
I did Notice the resilience to stress exceptionally good compared to other recovery times of different strains. So I decided to use some basic LST and bend the plant over slightly with some plant tie .
Hopefully I have enough time to get these plants huge in VEG as I have been reading a lot of strain reports on the RUNTZ and want a shit tonne ..
Donโt know about you guys but since COVID-19 I smoke 5x more bud ๐๐๐ผ
