next 2 week I think is harvest time. So I want to know in last 24-48 hour. Should get her in the dark room before cut her off.

Extreme draught is the best way to boost trich productionin the late flowering . If possible bring moisture down to 30% for last 3 weeks or so. Heat, light, wind, against these and animals, the gznja fights with resin. With humans, this tactique has proven to be unsuccessful.

The only reason that may have a net benefit is if oyu are evaporating trichomes off the top of your plant with heat and/or light. maybe even wind?
so, if it is healthy otherwise, i would't recommend it. You plant wil actually shrunk over 24-48 hours of darkness. may not be able to see it, but it will start dying.
