@whoawhoa, I just don't think I have enough power (watt) ... I have lowered the lamp as much as possible but I think I should change it.

@Herbeux,if your light is pulling 150W from wall, at this point it should be fine at 60cm~80cm of distance from lamp :) I'm doing a grow here with 150W from wall too, and I'm keeping in this range of 65~75cm and it's pretty good!
