Green House Seeds Compitition 👊🏻🙏🏻How awesome to be selected !. Thanks guys and good luck everyone . So happy to be part of the compition where I can see my abilties alongside other newbies and watch masters with the same grow !. Was a slow start but they’ve properly started now . 18-24hrs soaking in water/hybrid mix ,just a sprinkle of the hybrid in the water . From the glass straight into Canna Coco professional in a small cup with drain holes drilled . 2 of 2 rooted quite quickly but didn’t seem to progress much after this so I dug the seed clear leaving the root buried left 2 more days but they seemed to struggle to shed the seed pod , I removed this carefully and now they’ve started 💪🏻. Feeding straight from the off following the schedule provided , mixing with RO water and following the tds as per scedule . They are on 200ml per day of solution . Give them a week then I’ll put them in temporary 5l pots before they go into a final 20l fabric pot . Stay safe guys , spread the love and enjoy Thanks for looking Finished week 1 from sprout . They are now in 5l pots and doing just fine and working hard . Thanks for looking and best of luck to the rest of you . Stay safe Happy growing

Not much to report being honest , both seems to be progressing slowly and seem healthy . Next couple of weeks we should see some changes . Following dosage recommendations as per GHSc schedule for hybrid all in one feed . I must say never used a powder fertilizer before but quite like it . A all in one and powder Is much appreciated. See how these girls get on but there’s a good chance I’ll be switching . I’ll update photos as week progresses . Here we have both girls on day 8-12 from sprout . Thanks for watching , stay safe and happy growing Updated this week with final 2 days photos . Seem to be doing just fine . See you next week Stay safe & happy growing

Hi thanks for looking . Start of week 13 day 15 & 16 Both girls are developing well and showing no negative signs as of yet . Both seem happy . I’m following the feed schedule For the Hubrid all in one as per Green House Feeding (I’ve added cannas CalMag agent this week as I didn’t recieve the calcium with the Hybrid all in one ). I’ll give them another week or 2 in these 5l pots before transplant into their final 5gallon fabric pots . I’ll follow up as the week progresses with photos Thanks for looking Stay safe and happy growing

Wow what a great week , both girls have blown up this week . They are starting growing their 4th node , And 5th set of flowers . I will give them till end of this week then I’m considering topping them both . Ideally they need transplanting now into their final fabric 15l pots (I don’t have the space 😓just yet ) they will have to hold on a little longer . Once this week is out and topped , I’ll be upping the feed and transplanting them . I’ve been foliage spraying them with canna cure to ensure they stay healthy and bug free . Stay safe And happy growing Update day5 week 4 , one of the girls is clearly taking off faster then the other , this one has been topped after 5th node ,side branches are developing nicely ,the other girl has a way to go yet . update end of this week , I’ve now space In the tent for them to be transplanted , the bigger girl was done today and once I feel the smaller one is ready she will too be going into 15l fabric pot filled with coco . Stay safe & happy growing

Hi all thanks for looking , hope your all well . Great week . Girl 1 is flying ,having had to start lst and bent the top over as she’s getting big and strong . Girl 2 is quite a bit slower ,side branches don’t seem to be doing very much at all ,I wondered if she had outgrown her pot , I’ve transplanted her too this week and topped her , hope she catches upto girl 1 . I’ll update with photos as the week progresses . Stay safe and happy growing Update day 4 I’ve decided to remove the fan leaves on the bigger heathy girl , the idea was to allow the light to the branches so they develop more and push up and have leaves of their own . After doing this I figured I may as well do same for girl 2 as she seems to struggling quite a lot . Non of the side branches seem to be developing but if anything curling back in 😓. Hopefully with very little leaves she will push through now and start growing again . 🤞🏻 for this girl . Final update for the week . Girl 2 is struggling , she doesn’t seem to be growing much and side branches/leaves aren’t progressing . Girl one is doing great , made a boo boo when lst and snapped a branch this week 😓.

Hi thanks for looking . This week there has been great progress . As from the early days one girl is super strong the other isn’t doing as well , she seems to be healthy .not sure what her issue is . Anyhow before day 6 I’ve done my final defoliation and flipped them to 12/12 as they are getting some hight to them this week girl 1 is brilliant , I did considered removing girl 2 and starting off another , I’ve since decided I’ll leave her in and trim her down and let her be a one bud plant 😂. Maybe use this for experience for a scrog/sog down the line I’ll update with a couple more photos Stay safe and happy growing Day 7 update with final photos of the week , both girls just finished their first 12hr sleep 😴.

Hi all thanks for looking . Hope your all well Another week almost done , both girls seem happy @ 12/12 , no really changes . Both girls seem happy and healthy . Filling out and growing nicely First girl is certainly taking up some space , imagine what we could have done with these girls allowing them time if I had the space for her . Can’t wait to see those diary’s from those with the space and time Updated with last few days of photos . Mixed up a large batch of feed , 10x ratio in pre mix before adding to main feed drum (diluted 10:1 ) 582 tds then CalMag @ 1ml/L and used the booster these last couple of days

Well guys another week almost over with only 2 days photos to update . Wow this week they have gone mad , stretched up and out , the tent is rammed and they are fighting for space . I’ve had to remove a few more of the large fan leaves on the bigger girl to allow light to other branches , hopefully they will all get to the top . They are both starting to show signs of pre-flower so hopefully soon we will have some bud sights . Big girl measuring at 66cm from soil and smaller girl measured 40cm from soil to tip Both really healthy and so easy to grow , taking nutrients really well . Drinking like alcoholic when the pubs re open . Having removed a couple of the large fan leaves I decided why not have a go at casting one in clear epoxy resin and make some wall art !. 🍁 🖼️. Hope your all well Thanks for looking Stay safe and happy growing

Hi all , another week almost done . Not a huge amount of changes , the big girl has stretched a little more but think that’s over now (thank god 😂) . Both girls seem happy and healthy and have now started showing signs of early flower 🤞🏻. Can’t wait for this big girl to be done as she’s amazing . I’ve had my souvenir from her with the leaf plaque I made with clear resin . I’ve reduced the Hybrid feed now as per the schedule and this will now taper down each week whilst adding more booster each week . I mix 10:1 strength powder/water concentrated to correct TDS them dilute with the 10L of R.O water . The solution mixes up nice and this is my feed . I also occasionally foliar feed with 50% strength feed . Not much more I can say really . Stay safe and happy growing

Hi guys another week done almost. I’ve removed both girls from the tent for photos and to get a good feel of how they are doing . Initially I did some more defoliation on the bigger girl removing lower growth , she’s stretched up so high I have lights as high as they go with only 15cm clear from tops (approximately ) . Hoping she will be ok And won’t get stressed or burned , may need to bend these stems over . After popping them back in the tent I decided to remove a couple of larger fan leaves from the smaller girl so light to could penetrate through to the lower branches . She has lots of branches that have come through but all right to main stem , I hoped leaving the fan leaves would make them stretch out to the light but no joy , she’s struggled from seed being honest (I had to remove the seed shell as she couldn’t get out ). I’m considering removing all small branches stuck by main stem and leaving the top and 2 main side branches with hopes all energy goes into 3 decent colas rather then lots of popcorn nuggets stuck by main stem . Both girls seem very happy with the feed with no dramas at all , following the feed schedule and tapering down the hybrid feed whilst upping the booster . Very happy with it myself , all in one powder feed works for me , I’ve stopped with calmag for now and will see how they go . Happy growing guys

Hi all , thanks for looking . Another week down and wow . Loving these girls , I think I’ll do 2 more once these have finished and train them to fill the space and allow them the time and space to get their potential. Both girls very happy taking nutrients so well and they are thirsty . Big girl takes around 1.5l per day whilst smaller one takes around a 1L , both are bottom fed . I fill the tray they sit in till it’s been fully absorbed them top it to fill (tray is around 1 inch deep ). This is when I leave them . They get feed once per day when lights come on . Lots of roots come through the 15L fabric pots underneath as they have searched for the fluid . Could have used bigger pots specially for the bigger girl . This week I’ve had to bend over 2 tops as they were touching the light , there is still 1or 2 at that hight but they are away from the light and seem happy . Hopefully this won’t slow her too much or have a detrimental effect . Still reducing the Hybrid feed each week and upping the boost as per the schedule . Stay safe and happy growing

Hi guys I wondered anyone shed light on to why the smaller girls leaves are curling underneath . She’s nowhere near the lights , her sister next door is almost touching the cool tube (I had to bend a couple of tops over to leave a 10cm clearance ) but she’s solid as a rock

Yes bud they fed exactly the same . Just the amounts differ . I fill the trays underneath and allow them to wick it up once per day

Guess you feed them same, just different amount ? Give plain water for smaller plant at least for a week or 2 waterings minimum, to me it looks like N excess . Come down with food, she should bounce back in two weeks or so. Good luck !

Hi thanks for looking . Another week almost down with it’s a couple of photos left to update . The smaller girls leaves are are curling underneath, I’ve diluted her feed by 50% hoping this will help , other them that she seems ok ,no real dramas other then she’s small . Larger girl responded really well to the HST on the top colars , they’ve all recovered and allowed a little bit of space between them and the light . Taking feed really well and starting to pack them buds now . Both girls have lots of tricombes and are very sticky already , smelling sweet . Can’t wait for week 10 of flower to have a try 😂. Hi thanks for looking . This week the big girl was burning up as she was far too close to the light . I had to remove the net . Take one of the girls out of the tent that was about ready. Now I’ve space I can stretch her out and lower them tops and pull them away from the light . Light is in a 6” cool tube So doesn’t get really warm but still . Now she’s spread out she covers almost 3 corners of the tent and easily takes up 50% of the space . The smaller girl isn’t anything to talk home about really , struggled from the start but I’ve kept her going anyhow . She’s now tucked up in the other corner . They are both still doing very well regarding health and taking nutes etc . The big girl is a heavy drinker taking in over 1.5L per day . She’s fattening up nicely and cannot wait for harvest on this one . Sugar is unbelievable and wow she’s sticky sweet . Photos of the buds don’t do the justice . I won’t get her out again now for photos till harvest but Hopefully I’ll capture her glory . Stay safe and happy growing

Hi guys I’ve seen people mentioning polyploids . I’ve since had a look online but still unsure . Is this a ploid ?. If so I have 3 of them on the plant .i just thought it had multiple tops on them branches or making huge buds ,rest are regular looking . What’s the deal with them

Hey Growmie, Polyploid cannabis is a chromosome-related variation of normal cannabis. It offers the possibility of heavier harvests and stronger effects. It's currently only something people experiment within their own gardens or by Big corporations in high dollar labs, nothing that's available as far as seed banks. The multiple tops would be the success of your great LST. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember ..."Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time"

Hi guys This week we’ve seen her starting packing . The smell is unreal , she’s so fruity it’s unreal . Can’t wait for this girl to be finished . I’ve almost discounted the small one I’m the corner . She’s struggled from the start and although is plodding on she isn’t going to produce much at all . Lagging . The big girl on the other hand has certainly made up for that . She’s huge , taking up 2/3rds of the tent . Her colas are massive and by the best I’ve grown so far . She’s so strong it’s unreal . I’ve taken shots of the tops and will do same next week . She looks to have plenty of time left and she can have it . Love using the feed it’s so easy for me , I dilute the hybrid in water using a tds meter then add the booster using same method . I use RO water so nutes dissolve easily and they are feeding well this way . Big girl is taking 2L per day and is dry again by next day so she’s drinking Thanks for looking Stay safe and happy growing

Hi all another week down almost . I’ve recorded a couple of videos (beginning or week and back end ) as you cannot see the big girl properly with a photo . She has soo much going on ,I’m not only proud of myself but super pleased with this girl . Having germinated only 2 seeds and got 2 plants granted one was weak from the start , that easily could have been my doing as a newby , I really cannot fault GHSc . Feed has been easy to work with and without dramas . Shouldn’t be long now before I start flushing ready for harvest . Thanks for being here with me , I don’t feel I’ve got any hope regarding the compition but that wasn’t my hopes anyhow , I wanted to see how I did as a newby growing same as some veterans . Happy considering . Stay safe and happy growing guys

Hi all . This will be the last week of these girls now . They’ve both been flushing with RO water and I will continue that a couple more days before harvest . They are certainly ready and cannot wait to have the final result dryed and tasted . The smells from these girls is unreal . They have a strong fruity smell and are sticky as hell . It’s going to be messy when harvesting !. Couple more days flushing and I’ll give them the chop and hang to dry . I’ll update with a harvest once that’s done . Massive thanks 🙏🏻 to Green House Seeds co for choosing me to join in and sending me the seeds and feed . It’s been a absolute pleasure to grow this strain As my first ever photo period strain I’m very happy . Thanks again Stay safe and happy growing

Hi guys I’ve finally chopped the girls . I was super surprised what the small girl actually produced . After a trim she weighed 206g wet with stalks . Considering she struggled from the start and in normal circumstances would have been binned very happy with her . The big girl . Just wow 🤩 😎 💣. She’s been chopped too and is now drying in a 1m square tent hanging from the net . I never weighed her wet as it would have been impossible without cutting up the nugs off stems etc as was too big . I’ve just input a wet weigh above for sake of the harvest . Once they are both dried I will take their weight have a taste and update that and add some final photos . Massive thanks to Green House Seeds/feeds and the rest of you that have been here on the journey with me . Final update . I’ve updated the diary she’s fruity , sweet and woody in taste . Very uplifting effects . The big girl came in at 185.17g dried and trimmed . Smaller girl weighed 30g dried and trimmed , still happy with that considering . A total of 215.17g of dried smoke ready to go but some impressive nugs . Awesome 😎 👏🏻.
