I Started off my two chronic seeds in a root riot on April 28th 2020, in under 48 hours the seeds were popped and I had to flip them over a bit to stand them up. I let them sit right above soil level and within 13 hours or so they were perked up and by the 4th day I already had one long root coming from the bottom of the root riot so I transferred them (while still in root riots) into a solo cup and watered them until the soil was pretty soaked with filtered water with a PH of 6.2
Starting the week off I noticed my perlites are a very bright shade of orange/yellow. I’m not sure what it is or if it’s an issue but that’s about the only negative thing I’ve noticed so far. I have been giving them water when dry always pH’d at 6.2-6.5.
As of day 14 I Sprayed them with a mixture of half a teaspoon of OG tea and a gallon of water. I sprayed them til they were pretty soaked and I only do this once a week. I am still only watering when dry and I’m not watering til run off I usually only water once til the water reaches the top of the pot and then I don’t pour anymore.
I let them sit in the solo cups for too long and they started to dry out on me luckily I got them in time.
On Day 17 I started an 18/6 light schedule from 2am to 8am.
On day 18 I started LST
On day 21 first feed
Impressed in the way my LST came out I wish they had a little more stretch to them but They will do just fine. For my nutrients I have been on a water, water, feed schedule with a dry day in between every single day. So for example Monday water, Tuesday dry, Wednesday water, Thursday dry, Friday feed, Saturday dry etc.
