miracle grow soil had too many nutrients, doesnt give you control, only in 1 gallon pots, i have 10 gallons here but that seems to big to jump to i might get 3 gallons but i think it would be best to finish in 5
one of them got heat burn my dad put a heater facing them and it fried, good thing i noticed quickly
yeah that's a lot of light you should be happy with the results
i expect those nicely bushed out plants to bulk to their full potential under that many watts
doing great for a first grow in general -- liked and followed!
@Jaindoh,
thanks so much , i only have outdoor experience with flowering so yes this is a new experience for me to provide the right spectrum and par, using mylar i'm not losing any light and the box is tightly sealed with good smell ventilation.
i'm overly addicted to research ive read just about every guide and book and youtube video; especially like the grow boss on youtube.
ill check your stuff out; happy grows :)
@Bliss420,
Thanks! been pretty busy with working
and of course this set up;
happy i grabbed some pics along the way.
That way people don't think poof that
all this stuff puts itself together :p
Gonna take a look at some of your stuff
Leave comments if you see anything that could be done better aswell :)
@PigBearMan,
haha mutant ooze is right, died laughing at that
hydrponic stores are hella expensive in my region so not even worth it to get coco or such for 5 gallon pots $$$$$$$$ ya, no.
follow up dude these things are gonna scrog under 600w hps vented 200cfm 4in hood may test led on this or next grow
these things are nuts under t5 4 foot 8 bulbs,too much coverage all bulbs on no shits givin
4 inches away 78 degress
22/2 last night cause it was cold out kept temps perfect
plants thrived no turtles givin
they are gonna be huge like the teenage mutant ninja turtles im tellin ya braaa
@FrostArg,
i actually top twice then wait for it to bush out
then i remove any lower nodes that seem too small
then its not really controlled so i tape the fan leaves to the side of my pot
then i release the tape 3 days later; and heres the result...ill put a picif they are thick enough; I'll top them aswell up of this one I JUST removed the duct tape this morning.
she may receive on more topping on each large site to let the small ones catch up in height for an even canopy
I allow side branches to become main nodes with this training
I just transplanted her 3 days ago and taped her immediately.
Ill put the pic in week 8 at the bottom
Girls looking gorgeous, nice work mars hydro 2 have come highly recommended by some fellow growers around here.
Also my LED is a MAXSISUN 450 had an issue with my first one but customer service was very good,and sent me a new light after the second incident
pic updates are up , put them in week 4 but ill continue those updates in that for 8 or 9 days cause it really isnt that old. im just one of those people that will update every day, so if you love to watch, stay tuned! im gonna have some serious products coming in with reviews and hopefully i can get insight on maybe an LED addition for extra large blooms; i only really have knowledge with HID
oh and just got fabric pots in the mail today 5 gallons so tomorrow ill be grabbing the right mixes and soon to be transplanted, maybe illk leave the smaller one for a week longer to get a nice rootball, although the fabric pot would help achieve that i dont want to stunt its growth right when it starts to take off
