Starting to see some trichomes, although I need more practice with the microscope! Nearly at the end of the insecticide course, no more leaves turning yellow, although I think it might have actually been a nutrient deficiency as still 0 sign of any bugs.

Most likely a pest of some sort. Get some Neem oil and treat your girls it will strengthen them give them a nice sheen and help protect them from invaders! Cheers and happy growing!

What are these flies that were in my space bucket? First thought was fungus gnats, but the soil is bone dry (actually forgot to water yesterday). There is nothing on the underside of the leaves either, so doesn't look like aphids.

Look like a fungus gnat. Even with dry soil they could be coming from somewhere else, otherwise it might be that their numbers are so far down that you're seeing a last adult...but even that 1 can start up a new population. By some "mosquitos bites) and water with that and it should kill any larvae starting up again.

Does anyone know what these yellow spots are? They only appear on about 5 leaves near the top of the plant. I've googled but can't find anything quite like it. I checked under the leaves & there are no bugs.

Fabric planters ? If so i would make sure your entire root system gets wet after you water your girls look a little on the dark side, maybe cut your feeding back some. If their fabric pots look to see if it is pouring out the sides when you water
