Slow week not alot of change other than lots of orange/brown pistels and trichomes turning pretty much all cloudy...but still yet to swell 🤨 IV always known the swell to happen before the trichomes mature but may be genetics or dodgy pheno? Hopefully she swells soon or I have just essentialy wasted space in my tent for 9 weeks.

When should I start with bloom nutrients, as soon as pistils appear or do I wait?

Hi buddy :-) When flower pistils appear, it means that you are preparing your prepack. Here you continue to give vegi food until the stamp begins to develop into a bud, then you can give flower food 👍

Almost into week 5 now all good so far, I don't think FIMing worked as I still have a central stem but seems to have stunted growth vertically but increased horizontally which I suppose was kind of the intention, opinions welcome I'd like to no what people think please.

Looks great! The fim can take awhile to show all it's new growth. Did it on mine but wasn't so impressed. I feel topping did just as good of a job and spread out my plant better also! Happy growing it will be a nice harvest!

I'm not sure if it's normal in soil but when I applied nutrients at 350 ppm the runoff was closer to 500 ppm, I am following the vitalink feeding schedule for earth Max grow+bloom and she seems to be doing will no nute burn or leaf curling, is this the right ppm?

If the runoff is higher than the, that means your are feeding too much, slightly. Not enough to worry about, she probably already have some nutes in the soil. 👍🌱

Well into flower now, should I keep the 1ml grow nutes abit longer or completely drop them now and focus on bloom and bloom boost?

With the EarthMax Grow you usually want to start dropping it out as soon as you start the flowering weeks. Not that you cant use it for a few weeks into flowering...but I think it was smart of you to remove it. Many bloom nutrients still contain a very minor N amount which is all you need now.

My gorilla seems to have a small amount of nute burn on about 50% of her leaves not to much I'm worried about because it's since I hit her with full bloom nutes 4ml/l with full dose 1ml/l of buddy question is how do I carry on the nute schedule if my plant don't like it?

Hello If you want to try to get the burnt tips away i would flush the plant with plain ph'd water and then come through with a gallon of .5 dose nutrients so that it isn't empty. If the plants responding poorly to the increase then either lower the nutrient levels or only water once a week with the heavy dose, either option will hopefully be gentle enough to stop the plant getting more burnt tips but still provide a boost in nutrition. Happy growing. ✌️

Should I worry or should she be ok, watered with plain pH 6 water 81ppm runoff 221ppm no further burn but will this slow her down and as I'm sure it was bloom nute that caused the burn should I even bother with p/k in next few weeks if she can't handle bloom and buddy?

Hello With your burn spreading to more than just the tips is a good sign there's more happening than just a typical nute burn. Since you're growing in soil I'd suggest raising your ph up to at least 6.4-6.6 having it down at 6 will give a higher possibility of locking out calcium which needs 6.2 or higher. I think running consistently a touch low will run the risk of slowing her down like you mentioned. I'd go through with a higher phd water and give it a good soak, check the runoff while you're doing it and then you'll probably be fine to add in the pk shortly afterwards. Happy flowering.✌️

After checking the trichomes at 100x magnification of which 80-90% are cloudy how do I approach this as the calyxes have not swollen, will she swell, should I wait longer? Help please I don't want couchlock bud but I don't want to harvest before she swells do I?

Look for 20 to 30% amber trichomes on the buds and this should be a perfect time to harvest. Id just wait until then. Happy Growing! 🤟😜

start feeding with bloom when you see those tops become coconut tops with pistils.soil can hold nutrients, don't wait for the stretch to stop. very common false advising. stretch never stops, this plant wants to grow to the sun.it'll gain centimeters until harvest.when pistils/preflowers come out more and more, start feeding with bloom, gradually increasing the amount. if you wait for stretch to stop, you may see deficiencies.you can even give bloom in vegetation, won't make the plant flower obligatory.plant uses what it needs at that moment.good luck
