you plant looks nice and healthy so far. She is now 3 weeks so is getting bigger both in the soil and outside. I see you are watering only around the stem, in the middle. It's good and bad. It can promote root development but this will build up salt build up around the roots and also will push the soil to become more alkaline which will lead to nutrient lockdown.
As is, you should not worry what so ever at this time. All is good. Just water as much as you'd get some run off water at the bottom of the pot (which you will need to remove later with a large syringe or something, if left there, will just drown the roots.
Not familiar with Fox Farm Happy Frog soil, but I think it is pre fertilized. Still, you can give some root promoting supplements, humic acid etc. Also look up Ormus if you want to get esoteric (it is a huge booster for agriculture in general and not only)
