If you over the 2 week mark in flower I would get neem oil it's safe so they day up to 6 weeks into flower but try to spray it carefully just on leaves.

Now that I look at that up close looks to be a mite or thrip problem, look at the underside of your leaves as well also look on stems. If you have some azamax stray them down for 2 weeks once or twice per week if they seem to be eradicated spray once every 3 weeks up until the second week of flower and you should be good.

Thrips. Insect issue a neem oil should take care of the problem.

Hello, Have you tried to wipe it off with a wet paper towel? If so it could be pm. If so it could be pm versus some sort of bleaching or bug. Hows the airflow? Increase if possible and then spray with a diluted water/hydrogen peroxide spray.
