Took this clone probably a month ago off a hydro plant before flipping to flower and put her in the ground today may 15th. Been a little cold here in Virginia lately but couldn't wait any longer. If weather gets her I've got backups ready. Filled the tire with vermicompost sand and silt from near a creek here.
Seems to be doing fine, as soon as I planted it rained for a week straight but didn't bother her. Mixed in the tire is some sawdust worm castings soil and 1 tbsp italepollina pellet feetilizer, also planted some companion plants that's are starting to pop. Thyme, basil, camomile, and celantro
Had a few days break from the rain, still getting storms every once in a while but topped her the other day still. Not sure if the leaf color is due to over watering or some kind of nutrient problem, if anyone has a good guess I'd love to fix it.
Shooting up after the top, I'm please with all the growth on my outdoor garden. I've watered all the plants maybe twice since planting. I grew an acre of cbd last year and noticed the best looking plants were the ones not getting watered much so trying to keep simple and let nature take its course
Started to stretch and start flowering last week. I gave her a mix of general hydroponics trio I had mixed up for other plants. Other than the occasional feed from left over water I haven't been feeding much at all and I'm happy with all my outdoor plants. I want to build a rain shade for my few plants, how long into flower before it's really important to cover?
Been giving then a little organic pellet fertilizer whenever they look a little rough and spraying been oil for pests. The pineapple amnesia is looking great except 1 cola in the middle is struggling.
Been having lots of rain but doing my best to keep them dry. Probably not covering them this year like I planned but don't expect too many problems. Still giving them some italpollina organic pellet fertilizer whenever they look like they need it also. Really excited to compare tastes of all the strains to ones I grew indoors.
Starting to get some pests killing a few buds in some of the plants, pineapple amnesia seems to be doing a little better than the rest, no too much longer before the chop
She really grew well but after curing a small batch of the bud I decided to freeze the whole thing to make hash, genetics are great and a big fan of all the indoor pineapple amnesia but pests and rain got the best of her, going to be prepared for next year's outdoor with a proper greenhouse.
