First Organic Grow.
I have it planted in Coco Coir, Perlite, Worm Casting and sprinkled her with some Great White.
Its my first grow with the Great White so I can only hope it does what the reviews talk it up to be.
This will be my first run with auto flowering and I can't wait.
Lots of growth this week. I believe the Great White is working wonders.
I transplanted on day 12 and added some additional nutrients.
I should be getting my humidifier in the tent next week.
Another good week of growth.
I wasn't paying attention and over watered her the day I took the photo.... noticeable sagging leaves.
Im continuing to feed her Cal Mag and Bio Roots.
I added the humidifier this week.
I also LST'd this week.
Good stretch again this week.
I tied her down good this week.
She just started to show sex and producing pistols on the tops.
Should be top dressing with some Gaia Green 4-4-4, 2-8-4 this week.
This plant is exploding.
It's drinking easily 1.5 Ltr every 24hours.
Gave her and 50/50 veg/flowering nutrients to gradually transition to flowering with a partial shot of Mineralized Phosphate.
Increased light to 500W.
Everything seems to be on point. This plant should have a fantastic yield.
The stretch has slowed down this week.
I defoliated it quite extensive this week. Hoping to fatten up the main colas.
light wattage this week is 500W.
There is a nice smell this week.
It was showing spots on some of the leaves last week. I thought the light was too close but the spotting continued to get worse. This week I doubled the Cal Mag. It seems like its slowed down the spotting but i don't believe i've fixed the issue.
These buds have exploded this last week. Far beyond my expectations. If she goes another 4 weeks I can't wait to see what the final product looks like.
Should be top dressing my the end of next week.
The buds continue to amaze me!
Trichomes are coming in nicely this week and should show big improvements now with the final top dress I did today.
The spotting seems to have slowed down but I think its still getting worse so increased the CalMag again this week.
Smell is coming out more as well.
Buds size continues to amaze.
Noticeable increase in trichomes development has well.
I've also started to drop the Bio Root to ensure there is no access nutrients come time to flush and harvest.
The last few days I've noticed its not drinking as much as before.
Almost every main top is the size of a beer can.
It also has the most amazing smell. Strong citrus smell with a hint of lemon.
Buds have a beautiful purple colour if you can look past the calcium deficiency I experienced.
I defoliated a few leaves this week to expose some greener ones below.
I've been having a hard time this week keeping my humidity down. Hoping to see improvement this upcoming week.
Turned my light back up to 500W this week.
Trichomes started clouding over so started to give it PH water only a couple days ago.
The smell of this plant is unforgettable. I’ve never smelled anything like it. If it tastes and smokes anything like the smells I’m in for a treat.
Should be shopping this week.
She produced a massive yield of 213grams in just 12 weeks from seed surface to chop. Far beyond my expectation.
Smoke:
Despite her having smells of lemon citrus and pine, the smoke is more pronounced by a strong floral taste.
Smell:
Early cure it had a delicious lemon citrus smell. Later into the cure the citrus smell has now been complimented with a faint pine smell.
Appearance:
The buds grew to a tremendous size.
They were extremely dense while still growing and surprising remained quiet hard even after she dried.
Most buds have stacked calyxes on the tops giving her an almost crown like appearance.
It had average trichome production and dark brown coloured pistols.
Effects:
She is potent and definitely a good high that relaxes the mind.
It is a good productive daytime smoke and good for evenings when you just want to chill.
She is without a doubt a eutrophic high that makes doing anything enjoyable.
Overall I was extremely happy with the yield, smoke and effect. Unfortunately I did run into a mold issue which caused me to discard some of the buds. There were a few weeks in mid to late flower where I was struggling to get my humidity down which obviously did not help matters. I believe the sheer size and denseness of the buds combined with the higher then ideal humidity caused this issue. If I grow again, I’ll need to ensure I keep a much closer eye on these factors and would recommend to anyone else growing this strain. Had I not of run into those issues, its be 9 - 10 star rating easy.
During the transition from Veg to Flower she started to show small spots on the upper leaves. I first thought it was early stages of light burn so I increased the light distance and decreased light intensity. After a week and the plant continuing to worsen I realized I misdiagnosed her and increased the CALMAG. By the time I corrected the deficiency there was some damage that could not be reversed. Despite experiencing this issue she still grew very well. Maybe the early deficiency stressed her and cause he to produce such a massive yield. Who really knows?
Pros:
Massive yield.
Great combination of smells and taste.
A fantastic smoke for any time of day and any event.
Cons:
High Calcium Demand.
Prone to having mold issues. Likely because of how dense and large the buds were.
@Fast_Buds, The Six Shooter is an excellent genetic and a massive yielder. Its unfortunate I struggled with the high humidity and caused issues with the end results. However, it is definitely one I would recommend to anyone looking for a potent effect. Big shout out to Fast Buds.
@BudXs, She is a massive yielder and been a pleasure to grow. I should be posting details on the final cure in the coming weeks but she dried at over 200g.
I love the chaos of the bud structure on this! It's like the bud came will little marks to break off like a candy bar. This looks great boss thanks for sharing, stay safe!
@Complicate, Thank you for viewing and the comment. Yeah I agree, the bud structure is unique and has blown me away with the amount of growth and the smell is amazing. Stay safe and healthy
Hey man, nice diary.. I’ll follow you from now on. Do you have any idea how does clip on hooks are called that you use to tie your branches down? They look really good, makes things a bit more simple 🙂 i use iron hooks that i put in the soil, but i dont like the idea of putting hooks down and hitting roots and all that...
Nice grow so far 👍
@@YellowSubmarine,
Thank you. I use Acco Binder Clips. The larger clip size the stronger they hold. The ones I use are strong enough to hold two branches per clip without slipping off the pot. They work excellent for me.
