K deficiency most likely. Mg has dots with interveinal chlorosis at this point in progression. heat will cause canoeing, but unless really hot and really dry isn't burning the tips. light burn doesn't start that way. that'll be some wilting up top as well as most exposed leaves getting pale spots that quickly spreadout.

If you provide anywhere near 200ppm of K, it's not deficient.... you see it half that or worse, maybe? realyl depends on ratios to other things too. pH concentrations ratios... all equally important with nutes.
