No nute's to start, FFOF with a 30% perlite mix, watered in to 5gal tall plastic pots...cold dry conditions outside have left me to create more humidity in the room by water pans with soaking towels. Running my 1000watt MH at 50% 24hrs a day 20" from the top of pots, I will increase power as the girls can handle it. I am guessing but based on research I think that this will lead to more veg growth. I will switch to HPS at the first sign of flowers and run full power.
Really light in color compared to the others and after re-reading the info on the seeds I realized these girls are going to start flowering any day now (14 days according to Samsara, only 6 weeks total)...how is this even possible???
Anyways because it is going to begin flowering I bumped up the feeding schedule to next week but will begin with a diluted feed and increase as the girls let me. PH perfect 3 part are my base nutrients planned.
Day 16-what a change in a few days as new growth is forming everyday.
Day21 Too worried to feed already so I held off, these girls have really taken off this week. Still on the voodoo an rhino and added some b52 that finally showed up. Week 4 starts heeded ph perfect 3 part from AN.
Day 25 update-I did some lst and additional leaf tucking and opened her up for some side branches to come through, she took a day to recover from my hammer hands but now seems to like what I have done. I also fed them yesterday with 10/ml per gal AN ph perfect 3 part which really perked them up.
Had a little accident in the tent this week and decided to make this a full experiment first grow, accidentally broke a fan leaf off while doing some leaf tucking so I decided to defoliate the plant as needed...it seems to have responded well and the exposed side branches have started to take off more. I ended up doing this to 1 of each strain being run. I am continuing leak tucking on another and letting the 3rd grow out naturally...to much conflicting info on the web so I will figure it out on my own.
They seem to love the food and I plan on feeding for another week before starting some bloom nutes as these girls need to stretch a bit and would benefit the continued Veg.
Day 28-looks to have rebounded nicely from my hatch job.
What a week so far, just starting day 31 and since day 28 they have grown 3 inches. While the defoliating girl struggled at first she has bounced back nicely.
Feeding went well this week, 1 more veg feeding before I switch to heavier bloom nutes. Side branching on the 2 other girls are exploding through the canopy. Leaf tucking seems like a clear favorite as the 2 girls have caught up and now passing that girl who was well ahead of the others when I had to defoliate.
Still growing about an inch a day and have received 2 feedings with bloom nutes. I think these are going well past the time suggested by samsara but since this is my first indoor grow and my first time running autoflowers I will just wait and see.
Well here we are in week 7 from sprout, still growing tall. 1 of the girls had to be flushed as I was led to believe I might have an Ntox causing one of the girls to delay flowering. Flushed her good and gave her a very diluted feed of 1/4 the listed nutes.
These girls hate nutes more than I hate stank pussy, been giving them nothing but ph'd water and they are still struggling but one is showing signs of filling out a bit and hope she goes twice what the breeder pack says. Otherwise they smell great.
Forgot to post on the UV at the start of week 9. Going to start their flush next watering and we are 10 days away from chop. Not impressed with the size of the buds but she smells great and producing lots of tricomes. Looks to be about 60 buds on both plants and they all look like gram bags or half eigths...lol.
Not sure why the buds aren't so dense/big as the fastbuds but they did stretch a lot more when I switched to the hps lights.
Well these girls smell great, Had a few issues along the way but I can chalk that up to indoor inexperience. Overall I am satisfied with how theyou turned out. I am guessing close to a qp on the scales but won't know until it's dried/cured.000
