Please could Any body advise as of to what’s going on here? They look twisted and some are closing up on the buds and pointing directly up. Light is 22inch away too.

Hey,
So it seems like there might be a few things happening. I see praying leaves, a good amount of leaves with the claw, and then the few curly curving leaves. With the miracle grow you used was it a "feeds over two months" type M.G product? If so i think that may be contributing to the claw, a slight N toxicity but not so bad it's burning the edges.
For the praying leaves and possibly the curling, I'd say if your light is up at 22 inches and is as high as it can go then maybe go down to an 18 hour light schedule. And whatever fans you have if they're pointing directly at the plant, try pointing them at the wall and getting indirect breeze.

Это явный переизбыток фосфора! Блокировка всех питательных элементов - она умирает! 😟
Для решения проблемы передозировки фосфором можно чередовать удобрения, приобретя второй набор с пониженным содержанием фосфора. В таком случае NPK должен быть 1-3-2 👆

@Foxtrotoscar, Even with there being some perlite in there you should always add a little more! Rule of thumb I always go by. I'll be sure to follow that one also man!

Your leaves are canoeing my friend, dim your light a little or raise it before you get some heat stress on your ladies. Also next time go to your local hydro store and grab some Happy tree frog or coco loco soil! They have all the nice additives and mychros for explosive healthy growth. Just water for 3 weeks till you need to add some nutrients.I personally enjoy the coco loco because it has alot of good nutrients and additives in it and it has a good ratio of (Soil:Coco coir:Perlite). Some people like to mix Happy frog and Ocean forest by FoxFarm because happy tree frog isnt too hot for seedlings and Ocean forest is good for the rest of the plants life. Bottom half Ocean Forest and top half Happy frog. Bio Bizz Light mix is another great soil if you can find access to it.
