Diary day 3 : After germinating, my Royal Dwarf started to grow. Condition seems good, I watered it 2 days ago and the soil doesn't seem dry for now. I sprayed a bit of water on it just in case but I'm trying to not overwater it. For now she's looking very good I think. Can't wait for the next weeks :) Day 4 : leafs getting a tiny bit bigger. Watered half a liter, surface was dry but still a bit humid when digging. Can't wait for it to grow way bigger! Day 5 : Nothing new, leafs got bigger Day 6: New little leaf are starting to grow! But I think there's a bit of heat stress here, original leafs are getting a bit yellowish on the middle and seems to start to get curly. Day 7: Getting bigger. Watered the soil. Everything looks fine Will update this first week when it will grow bigger!

What's the best height for veg with the Marshydro TS600 led? At start it was at 65cm (25.59055") and now I set it at 45cm (18"). Is it too close?

My little girl is now on her second week! Starting to get bigger, can't wait for it to grow higher :) Day 10 : It's getting really bigger now, and when you stick your nose next to it, she's starting to smell a little bit! She's also starting to grow new leafs. Day 11 : Switched the light schedule from 24h to 18/6. Feed her 0.5ml of biobizz bio grow Day 13 : Looking very good, i'm going to add Dried Coconut water with the nutes as I read it add good nutrient and much need Calcium and Magnesium

Any feedback on how she's going? 😃 I don't feel like there's any problem, may be not tall enough? Did I miss something? Thanks

Looks nice and healthy to me. it'll explode soon as canopy provides increasingly more energy every day... The thing to watch for stunting -- if not genetic -- if leaves look like they are all popping out of same spot with virtually no internode space, that's when you know you are causing it to be short and likely impeding it's growth. that would be due to light being too close / too intense for the young plant. that's just for reference.. your plant looks great.

Another question about my light schedule. For now it's on 24h. I plan to change it to 18/6 but I wonder when should I do this exactly. Around day 15? Thanks

Hey eliott, So ive always been a bit on the fence with 24 hour light schedules. Personally i think all living things benefit from rest or sleep, and some of my younger plants did the most noticeable growth during lights out. Plus it will help keep the heat down slightly. I'd bring the light hours down to at least 20/4, or to the 18/6 now. Happy growing. ✌️

Some leaves are a bit droppy -things i don't see often on other diary of the same seed, is this caused by overwatering? Too much direct air from the fan? I did not water since days ago cause i feel like the soil is not dry.

They look good... maybe, saturate soil a bit deeper, if you think it is water related? (the smaller circles near the small plant in big pot is a good idea, keep increasing that radius and all is well on that end.) Smart on how you are watering. They aren't wilting though, so i think it's fine on that. I think your plant looks awesome and healthy. i can't even think of something to suggest, and if you go through my answers that's not typically my thing.. LoL! I bet if you keep up with what you have been doing and react to what the plant tells you in near future, it'll be much more robust and praying within 5-10 days of more growth.

Week 3 has started! Looking nice, the smell is getting stronger everyday. At least in the box :) I feel like she's growing on the side instead of growing higher, but we'll see!

My lovely dwarf is now on her 4th week. I think she is still vegetating but there is more and more leaves where I think the flower will sprout. Most of them are under other leaves. I don't know if it's too late to start some LST, and I also may defoliate a little bit. Anyway she looks fine and happy :) Following the BioBizz nutes schedule (with puting a bit less). Still watering every 2 or 3 days with one only water. Day 26 - I removed 4 big leaves that was making much shadow, i left the youngest / smallest one and didn't touch the one that are on the "flowers" branch. Did some kind of lst to unshadow some pistils

I don't know if you'd need to on that sort of plant. I would take those two huge fan leaves off and perhaps raise your lamp a little. Looks good 👍🌱

Funny question, my landlord has to come over to check some stuff in my flat. I'll obviously have to hide it but it will change the light schedule, it's gonna be longer in the dark (probably around 3hours more). Is it a problem? Can i hide the plant somewhere without hurting it?

Hi! The longer dark shouldnt do any harmi and if it is only one time. Do yo have lots of cardboard boxes? You could open em up and tape around the tent so it looks like big pile of boxes and you are "Cleaning" your storage or something..

Hello, i had to left my plant for 4 days, i watered it a bit just before I left. Now she is all very droppy and has some of her lower leaf that are yellow / dying. Should I water it? Remove the yellow dying leaf? As the symptoms could tell, I don't think i over watered it...

Started to flush at the end of last week. I'm planning to cut her down (😢) at the end of the week. I think most of the bud are decent, some on the bottom are kinda small but I'm ok overall. I could wait a bit longer but since most of the trichomes - as much as I could barely see with my microscope - are in this window between clear and milky, some are even amber. See you in the end of the week ;)

Started to flush already but I was wondering what if I keep / kept feeding her, would the bud get fatter? Or would i get into a dangerous spot where thc level decrease and get same size buds but less strong ?

Plants are not like people or pigs, they do not get fat because they "eat more". You will most probably just waste expensive nutes or give the plants a burn

In most cases, yes, your buds would get fatter and more potent. Flushing has been found to be mostly detrimental for the plants, but cannabis growers have been doing it for generations so most can't believe the science. I have a theory. They say hydro yields 20% more bud on average. Hydro growers only flush for a couple of days vs a couple weeks for soil. So the fact that hydro growers continue feeding for an extra 2 weeks gives them that 20% boost. Anyway, dont take my word for it, check it out, flushing is bad.

They'll likely grow fatter whether you flush or feed from here, but it shouldn't affect potency. If you flush, it'll pull nutrients from the lower leaves to create newer growth up top, if you feed you'll probably still see fading on the lower leaves while the buds continue to get chunky. Looking through your journal I'd say it's got a little while to go yet, maybe start flushing when you see about 10% amber trichomes (but that's really a matter of personal taste).

Harvest is done! Pretty happy about it for a first grow. I may have been a bit too impatient (but i had to go away for a week and i kinda was in a harvest window) so the buds are slightly thiner than i expected. Ill be back with more pics and my smoke review :) Keep on growing!
