Week Uno my friends. So a few years back I lived with a gent who grew. Had a nice farm on our balcony. This is my first lone attempt so i have chosen autoflowers. 3 of the 4 are thriving. Used peat plugs to germinate in a small plastic incubator with plagron seed booster. Northern lights had trouble shedding his shell and subsequently damaged a leaf on the process but she is still swinging. Purple is the biggest tied with caramel already gaining there 3rd set of leaves starting week 2. Will keep you posted. Slan làith.
Caramel is soaring. Northern lights recovered and bubble kush is great. Purple is wilting a bit but she should be fine. All 4 are growing now leaves and sites now so hopefully with the promised 2 weeks of Good weather the gals get adequate time in the sun. Also I'm doing my diary at the end of my growing so photos are from the Sunday.
I'd hold off... you have nutrients in soil to start + seed is packed with power for a couple weeeks.
i'd be a bit more gentle with the last to pictured plants. they show a little something happening.
you should notice growth all of a sudden slow down. if it isn't ramping up, it is slowing down for sure. You see that, you can give a low dose of nutes.. observe and go from there carefully.
Don't get OCD about it.. remember 90% is your light and the rest is just us not screwing it up along the way...
Weather got dull but still plenty of light. All 4 are doing well. I'm happy with purples recovery I used no nutrients on her this week just water and she turned around real good. Hopefully we see a good stretch this week.
So this week I noticed some issues on caramel which turned out to be some sort of larvae eating leaves I cut the appropriate leaves and destroyed them and orderd a safe spray on pest killer. Other than that good growth amongst the girls going to be bringing them inside for a few days next week as the weather is supposed to get REAL bad. We have 150cm long dual spectrum 650w LED. It's just for a week at the most. If anyone has experienced the pictured problem before I'd love some advice.
Hey there iv noticed thrips I bought an appropriate spray and have applied it. Now that I have the light should i maybe move the girls inside to avoid more episodes like this? Iv sprayed today and yesterday there still seems to some wriggling is there more I can do?
At the beginning of the week had issues with thrips and shit, got a good soup cleaned the leaves and sprayed a repellent I brought the 3 smaller girls in under the lamp cos we had a week of storm. Caramel is thick and healthy enough to survive it so we left her outside. Have noticed a serious spurt in growth since the girls went under the light but now that the good weather is back I'll be throwing them back outside. Hoping to see some flowers soon
Shit weather forced me to move my grow in side got a 1.5m squared 2m tall tent. 2 led lights. Caramel took a beating in the storm the other girls are flowering Bueno but a bit troubled with Northern lights the 2 kush strains have been a dream excited to have a tent this size have multiple grows also got some vitalink finale to use before flush. I put the book shelf in there because the tent takes slot of the room
I'm not seeing the telltale signs of a male pollen sac or a female. I think it's still just to early for you to tell.. Look for a sac with a white hair jutting from it for a female, and a set of balls or a sac with a stem behind it. Give her some time and keep checking friend! Happy growing!👊
