White Label - Double Banana Kush

Hey guys welcome to my Sensi Seeds White Label Double Banana kush project - from mom to sea of green 🌊 As you can see i started a bit later the usual because i had some issues in the early veg stage and was busy to fix that, my humidifier broke down and she was for to long in a too dry RH which caused droopy leaves, also i had to water her non pH’ed water which also causes some nutrients issue within the soil. So i bought a new humidifier and pH meter and im finaly back on track! So the idea for this project is to grow a healthy strong mother to take some clones, select the best clones and flower them directly, pretty straight forward. I topped her today since we’re back on track, she is growing very fast since the last 4 days her leaf structure is getting firm and thick with a nice colour, the strange thing is that she already smells like bananas! I was planning to start using nutrients from Canna next week. Thats it for now, see you all next week! P.s. Hey and welcome back in week 4 with the White Label Double Banana Kush 🍌. She is developing very fast, started to LST her and trimmed some huge leafs to give some extra light to the shoots underneath. Colour of the plant is beautiful deep dark green which i like, im very curious if she will end up with a purple’ish fade in flower or maybe become more darker, will see. Later on this week I’ll be performing some more LST’ing on the side branches. Also about to start to give some light feeding and pH the water down to 6 for optimal nutrient uptake. Hey everyone and welcome back to week 5 of the Double Banana Kush mom. Since last week after i started the LST she started to become a nice bushy plant. Shoots are sticking out everywhere so i think its time to give a bit defoliation so there is also more light within the plant. She is doing absolutely fine, i think she will need at least 4 weeks before i can search for clone material. I will continue the feeding schedule as it is, until i have enough branches to take some cuttings, as soon as the cuttings rooted i will flip them to 12/12 as well for the mom because i cant keep here that would be a shame for all the other genetics i have still laying around, waiting to get popped! Hey guys welcome bock to week 6 with the Double Banana kush from White Label. This week isnt that special, she is doing fine. I did notice some slightly yellow shades on some leafs i think it is or was a calcium deficiency but it seems that the new growth is fine, nice and green again. So im not sure if I really need to do something about it or leave it as it is. Well guys i think within 2 or 3 weeks i have enough lower branches to take enough clones and strip the bodem part of the plant. Thats it for now, see you all next week!

Hey everyone welcome back in week 7 of the vegetive stage of the Double Banana Kush from White Label. Last week she was doing a bit less, i think i found the issue and it might be my pH, i think i will bring the pH up to 6.2/6.3, so yea i got to figure that out in the coming days. Although she is doing fine since the last few days so im happy to see she is still doing oke! In the coming days i will perform some drastic defoliation cause she is pretty bushy and the light wont penetrate that deep, so to enhance some extra growth ill remove some of the leafs. Its almost time to decide which week i will take the clones from the mom, i think i will decide next week! Thats it for now see you all next week!!

Hey guy's im sorry for not uploading consistent, well im back at week 11 with the Doubel Banana Kush of Sensi Seeds White label brand, As most of you know i had some very bad pH problems and found also trips on my leaves, so I've been really busy the last couple of weeks to fix her up. In my research for the right pH i have tested alot of different things by lowering the pH to 5.8 but it made it only worse. And at some point i was thinking it was maybe only the trips which caused droopy and yellowing leaves, so i released some predatory bug's and bought a bio pesticide based on garlic 2 weeks ago. Since than i haven't spotted trips anymore and the new growth seems clean, green and energetic. In the mean time i was still assured that my pH level wasnt correct, so after testing for 2 weeks straight i found that i needed to pull up my pH to 6.8 which is very high and in imo very odd, but he she is back on track and im very happy with that! Unfortunately i was not abel to take clones to flower because i was afraid that she allready had to much stress and if i would take cuttings every thing would end up as a hermaphrodite. So i will flower her straight and see how much i can harvest. For the comming week, Ill give her a defoliation before buds will show and as soon as i see buds forming i will switch to flower nutrients. Hey everyone welcome back in the 12th week, first official week of flower since flower forming has started! She is totally back on track, got her slightly darker green color back and growth is expansional overall looks like a happy lady again. Since the last week she grew almost 10 cm which is insane, more than a cm a day... you could almost watch her grow haha! The terpene scent of her isn't overwhelming but still smells like bananas. I gave her the last Defoliation to boost the energy from below to the top of the plant. I will persist giving her this nutrient solution for at least the coming 2 weeks, after that ill add some PK booster. Thats it for now see you all back in week 13.

Welcome back in week 13 second week of flowering with the Sensi seeds White Label Double Banana Kush. All is good she is doing her thing, the flower phase is now fully engaged. Small hair knots are now really forming, coming week i will continue with the nutrient scheme, i might add PK boost after this week but ill keep an close look on how she will devlop. Hey everyone welcome back in week 3 of flowering with the Sensi Seeds White Label’s Double Banana Kush. She is doing really well, progressing fast and she is full of bud sites and hair knots, the smell of her is also getting a bit more intense. She is getting pretty bushy again but im not sure if i need to give her a little trim while she is in flower, what do you think?? For next week i will start giving some PK booster, i though i would start this week but i think its a bit to early. I want to see some more bud structure build up before ill start giving PK booster. Hey everyone welcome back to week 13 with Sensi Seeds White Label Double Banana Kush. She is did real good last week, a lot of development. Hair knots are definitely bulking up and the smell is also getting there, Her color got even darker at some spots. She already got a fruity smell with some hints of banana and some danky/earthy smell, very excited! Yesterday i gave her the first dose of PK 13/14 and she is already reacting to it, i noticed the hairs got a little thicker and some more trichomes are forming as you can see in the picture above. Coming week ill continue to give this PK booster after this week i will crank it up a notch for the buds to explode. Thats it for now see you all back next week.

Hey everyone, Welcome back in week 16 of flowering with the Double Banana Kush. She is still doing pretty fine, she is pulling some N (Natrium) from some of the lower leaf's nothing really drastic but i am keeping an eye on here. Dont want here to fall back on the wrong pH. Stoped this week giving PK 13/14 and gave her yesterday her first dose of PK 50/31, lest see how she will explode in the coming week. Thats it for now, see you all back next week!

Hey everyone welcome back in week 6 of flowering with the Sensi Seeds White Label Double Banana Kush. Last week i bought a new tent from Graden Highpro Masterbox, its 80 x 80 x 160cm (2.5' x .2.5' x 5'.4"foot), finaly i can grow easy just 4 plants or maximum 16 plants in a sea of green in 6L pots or just one big plant take as much time in veg and scrog the whole area! This week i stop giving PK 50 - 31 and only give PK 13 -14 to build off the PK enhancers. As you can see in the pictures above, kola's are exploding now and getting heavyer and heavyer, trichomes are bulking as well. After this there are 2 weeks left before harvest and after this week its time to start building off on nutrients and engage the flush. Thast it for now see you all back in week 7 of flowering!

Hey everyone welcome back in week 18 start of the 7th week of flowering! As i told last week i stopped giving PK booster, from now on ill slowly build off nutrients. Last week i read some articles and forum posts about using "molasses", that it can enhance sugar production and smell/flavor on the buds, the living bacteria in the soil, makes the plant vital and more resistance in the last 2/3 weeks before harvest! So i bought a jar of some black strapped molasses, i mix half a tea spoon in a cup of warm water and fill the rest with tap water and pH the water to 6.7/6.8. Il continue doing this until the flush. Further more, smell is getting a bit more intense, buds still getting fatter and trichomes also getting more and more. Thats it for now, see you al back next week and final week with nutrients. (most likely ill flush in week 9 of flowering)

Hey everyone, welcome back to week 19 and 8th week of flowering with the Sensi Seeds White Label Double Banana Kush. Everything is going well, She is still busy with fattening up the buds and trichomes, i was expecting a bit more brown hairs (pistils) i got the feeling that she needs a little more time so i planed to repeat last week in to this week to give her some more time to finish up. So i keep on feeding her for an extra week and after that week i start building off towards the flush. In the last 3 days of the previous week i noticed she was developing a slightly purple hue on her (as you can see in the picture's above) which was my indication that she just now entered the last phase of flowering. Later this week i will start to keeping a closer eye on her and see how far trichomes developed, so it really depends on how much milky and amber trichomes she shows if i can flush yes or no. *To be continued* Thats it for now, hope fully we can see some nice milky crystals with here and there some amber in between so i know its time to start flushing. Hey everyone welcome back in week 20 and week 9 of flowering with the Sensi Seeds White Label Double Banana Kush. In this week the flush has begun, i stopped with giving the main nutrients and i will only give enzymes and accelerate boost and pH'ed water with molasses to still promote sugar production, later in this week i will also apply some ice cubes on top of the soil, i will continue to do that in between every 2 days for this week, I read some info about this technique and asked someone i know which also use this technique that it also should promote trichome production, ripening of the trichomes and density (which they already are). As i said last week 'i will keep an eye on the trichomes' which in last week they exploded, if i look in to my microscope i see layers and layers of stacked trichomes, but you can definitely see that she needs a little longer, if i would give it a ratio i would say: 30% Clear, 60/65% Cloudy and 5/10% amber. So in my opinion adding the extra week wasn't that bad of an idea. From now on i will check the trichomes daily and as soon as i hit the ratio on the trichomes i would like to see, i'll immediate switch to only pH'ed water for a proper flush. Hey everyone welcome back in week 21 and week 10 and final week of flowering! Previous week went fine nothing special, trichomes are getting where i want them. squeezing out the last bit of bud, talking about that... i also received an extra quantum board to enlighten the whole area. So i thought why not run it now in the last week of her life cycle, so i did, now i have 270watt's hanging above her so it might do something for some extra trichomes and maybe even get a bit fatter buds as well, we'll see! So as you can see in the chart above, i stopped the feeding schedule and only give pH'ed water to flush her root system out. In the mean time i still check daily on the milky/amber ratio as im getting towards the sweet spot, but i will cut her right before i hit the sweet spot so she doesn't overripen, because after you cut a cannabis plant down its still alive for maybe 24 to 48 hours or something. That's it for now, ill update the harvest somewhere this week with the wet weight and a few weeks later with the dry weight and photos of the end result. Cheerse!

Had a rough time with this lady, drought, heat stress, pH fluctuation which had to be corrected (cost me 3 weeks) and to make it even worse thrips... So i must say yielding 100 gr after all the shenanigan's is not bad imo, could've been better but it is what it is unfortunately. Well on to the next one!
