Dark Devil Auto && S.O.D.K

Starting a new grow after taking a couple month long hiatus. Going to do two S.O.D.K from Mephisto and two Dark Devil Auto from Sweet Seeds. Both are autos. I chose these two as i have heard nothing amazing things about Mephisto and I chose Dark Devil because I havent grown any purple genes yet and want to pop my cherry on that. The lights for this grow will be two Marhs hydro ts600 out the front half of the tent and the Kingbrite 320w v3 in the back of the tent. The tent itself is a 3x3 so this will deliver an average of 57w per square foot albeit most of this will be in the back half of the tent. I havent decided on whether im going to do any lst in this run but Ill have decided by the time I have a nodes on these ladies. I will be growing these in 12.5l air pots. The substrate will be BioBizz Light mix with about 25% perlite. I will also be inoculating the soil with mycorrhizae which I have heard is amazing. First things first, going to soak these seeds for 24 hours in room temperature water in a press and take it from there 29/05. All beans sprouted after 24 soak in water. 24 hours soak in paper and then straight into the dirt. These were all sprouted within 48 hours of being planted

Day 7 after germination. One of the ladies is looking well so far but the others seem to be suffering with something. I think I may have had a PH problem for the first few days which is an unfortunate start. Ill keep an eye over the next few days and hopefully they bounce back. They all seem to be growing without any stunting just yet, which is great but some do look very twisted at the minute D13... Finally have the ladies moved in into their permanent home. I had them in a stealthier wardrobe for about the first 9 days so Im hoping that doesnt prove to have any long lasting effects. The Dark Devils are definitely out performing the Mephisto's at present. Both Mephistos are showing signs of stress but I believe this is down to my humidity being too low and the plants being a bit closer to the fan. I have moved the fan to not blow so close and I have a humidifier due for delivery on Monday so hopefully Ill have this under control by the middle of next week. Tomorrow will mark D14 and it will be my first time feesing these ladies. Im probably going add... .2ml of Velokelp and .2ml of bio-grow just to get them used to feeding.

14/06 Watered with 500ml of dechlorinated water per plant. Im water these ladies as they look thirsty which seems to be every second day or so. More like 60 hours but this will continuously change as the plants mature. All plants got there second feed on this watering as well and the have loved it. I started them on 0.2ml of each supplement and will increase the nutrient dose by 0.1ml of each supplement every second watering. Lst. 15/06 More LST. My new humidifier also arrived today so I can start hitting those humidity sweet spots for veg at long last. 16/06 More LST. Humidifier doing a great job. I should have bought one of these when I first started really. 3 of the plants are in flower presently and all seem to be female without any signs of herming on me just yet. SODKs are both looking pretty stressed out. I have moved the light further away and made sure that the fan isnt blowing directly on them. Im thinking the stress could be from a particularly dry enviroment that they started their lives in so Im really putting a lot of faith in the humdifier. They should still make it to harvest regardless. 17/06 More Lst D19 Feed the plants their third feed today. All are looking relatively well. The SODKs still look a little stressed to me but way better than they have been looking so they seem to be on a positive trend. I increased all of the nutes by .1ml except for the VeloKelp which i have increased by .2ml because the stuff is magic and i want all of the plants getting plenty of it. Nute breakdown for today --> .3ml of.... Biogrow MagnifiCal Nirvana .4ml of... Velokelp In a 2000ml bottle of dechlorinated water. The plants are getting 500ml each every 60 hours or so

19-06 D21 LST The ladies are looking well. I find myself doing little adjustments every day to training which is getting easier now that the new bud sites are getting long enough to get some proper light into them. Im also doing a lot of tucking leaves as I want to completely avoid any defoliation on this grow. Looking good for the beginning of week three though. Everything seems to be moving along nicely and the size of plants seems to be on par for other examples of the same strains of the same age. These have all showed their sex also now so so far so good. Watering / Feeding d21 2 litres dechlorinated tap water. 500ml per plant. .3ml Biobizz Grow .3ml Nirvana .3ml Cal Mag .4ml VeloKelp 22-06 D24 Heavy LST. The ladies look great after the weekend. Some major growth going on since i last saw them on Friday. They got a water/feed today. Knocked all nutes up by .1ml and will continue to do so every other watering until they show signs of burn. They seem to be taking well to the nutrients as of now as well. Each plant is still get 500ml of dechlorinated water at the minute but I may bump this up to 750ml from the next watering also. The measurements of the nutes will also increase by 50% to keep the PPM the same. Lots of leaf tucking being performed to because im trying to avoid any HST on this grow. I have also added some flowering nutrients to the mix today as all ladues seem to be flowering at this stage. Dark Devil 1 has really started to stretch so I am expecting the others to shoot up one of these days too. I have also increased the volume of water being given to each to 750ml. The nutrient amounts have also been increased by 50% to keep the PPM the same. Todays feeding.. 750ml each roughly. Dechlorinated water .6ml of BioBizz Grow .6ml of Nirvana .6ml of CalMag .8ml of Velokelp .3ml of BioBizz Top Max .3ml of BioBizz Bloom D27 LST D28 Watering and feeding with the same measurements as the last. Added Molasses to the mix to feed the bacteria in the soil

D31 Watered / Feeding All plants looking well. I had some major growth spurts over the weekend and all seem to be in the stretch phase or just starting out the stretch. The Env is remaining stable but I may add a dehumidifier shortly in preparation for the flowering stage. Each plant has now been moved to getting 1 litre of water each to see how they go. Dechlorinated water .6ml of BioBizz Grow .6ml of Nirvana .6ml of CalMag .8ml of Velokelp .3ml of BioBizz Top Max .3ml of BioBizz Bloom D31 Watering / Feeding I have noticed this week that I haven't been watering these ladies often enough. I was following a similar schedule to what I was using when in fabric pots and never took the fact that airports would try out much quicker. I'll be moving trying to water these ladies every day going forward. I have also added a few more nutrients into the mix because if how well these ladies have been taking them. D38Watering/ Feeding Great growth over the weekend again. One of the Dark Devils is showing a severe calcium deficiency but should bounce back with a bit of TLC. The nutes for today are as follows. 2l per plant of decholrinated water (Now watering to run off daily) (All measurements are per litre) .4ml of BioBizz Grow .3ml of BioBizz Bloom .3ml of BioBizz Top Max .3ml of BioBizz Bio-Heaven .3ml of A.N Nirvana .3ml of A.N B-52 .4ml Remo Velokelp .3ml of Remo CalMag (The Dark Devil with the Calcium deficiency is now getting 0.5ml cal mag per litre) .8ml of Remo VeloKelp I'm out of the house for the weekend so I'll be back Monday for week 6.

D42 Watered Feeding 3 of these ladies are looking very well. One of my dark devil's seems to have a pretty severe Cal mag deficiency so I have kicked up the amount that I'm feeding her to 0.6ml/l and watering with 2 litres at a go. I have also added more light with two Mars hydro TS600s to complement the 320w V3 QB so light coverage is good. I have the QB at just over half power to match the power of the two TS600's so a rough estimate would put me at 46.6 watts per square foot. It's my first time having access to this much light and also my first time completely filling the tent so I'm excited to see how this goes. All plants are now flowering. One of the SODKs was very slow to get going into flowering mode so it has dwarfed it's sister. I'm kind of hoping that there isn't a mad stretch coming from this lady as well because monitoring the height of the lights will become difficult if it gets much bigger. Not that I ever really want to be complaining about a plant getting too big of course. Lol. The big SODK was showing signs of under watering at the start of the week. I put this down to her size and the airport. I have boosted her up to 4l of water at a good now and she's looking better than she was at the 2l mark but still not perfect. I have also really started to switch up the nutrient doses to be more suited for flowing so I have dialed back the nitrogen just a smidge and greatly increased the amount of Bloom and Top-Max that I am using. Bio Heaven and B-52 are two new nutrients that I have been using and I've found them good so far. Hats off to both breeders at this stage as I am stuffing these ladies with nutrients and they are taking it in their stride. I'm almost sure that weaker genetics could not survive the meals that these ladies are lapping up. Watering for today d42 and yesterday d41 are the same. All plants now seem to be suffering with Calcium deficiencies. The extra lights that I added to the tent have also driven up the temps way more than expected and the tent was roasting inside of it this morning. I suspect that all these ladies have been sitting in 30°C + heat all weekend. Lots of dead leaves and some serious wilting going on. Super pissed off with myself as things were going well up until this point. I will continue to monitor the situation and do my best to fix them up but they'll definitely carry issues for the rest of their lives due to this. I will keep updating as the week goes. Embarrassing pictures to follow D46 24 hours later and they are looking much better than they did yesterday. They are still fried and crispy from my blunder at the weekend. I'll keep pushing for flower and I'll be sure to not make the same mistake next time around. The plants have a certain beauty to them even when they are feeling slightly poorly. These ladies will be getting the exact same waterings today that they got yesterday. _______________)))) D47 I'm Flushing all of these ladies with plain pH'd dechlorinated water. All of them are now showing different problems but all seem to be related to the soil being too acidic. I really don't want to lose these ladies at this stage so a flush it is. Frying them over the weekend definitely didn't help but I'm going to see if this solution makes the situation a little better As a side note, I also have some fair healthy roots growing out of the bottom of my airpots. Some are a good 6 inches long. They do look like are super healthy but I wasn't expecting them to be growing out due to air pruning. If any of you wizards have any information about this and have experience with airpots, I'd love to get your input!! Also, help!!!

During last week I had some major issues. I added extra lights and scaulded the tent for a whole weekend whiles I was away and ended up missing my pH swinging out of balance in the mean time which was actually the cause of most of my problems. Lesson learned though. I ran 6l of dechlorinated pH'd water through each of these ladies 2 days in a row and they look much better now. Most reach for the sky now which is great. Permanent damage has been done but we live and learn. In light of my recent issues I have also purchased a bluelabs pH pen and a bluelabs truncheon so I have no excuses going forward. I will be removing BioBizz Grow completely from these ladies for the rest of the grow and will be replacing it with Overdrive as we move into the final part of the flowering stage. D55 So all of these ladies have now been watered and are back on their nutrients again. I have boosted up each plant to getting 5l at a time now because of how well they took they're flushing. This is another lesson learned for the next batch that I do in the airpots. I am also now 100% sure that my pH and PPM is good so it should be plain sailing from here on out. D59 watering/ nutes pH issues have gone away now that I have a pH pen and can check both the water in and run off. Go figure!! All is looking good. D62. Watered with dechlorinated water. Tricombs are starting to go milky on the dark devil's so I have started flushing them. These ladies should be chopped within the next 10 days and the two SODKs will be chopped within 20 I would think

Week 10 The chop for my Dark Devil's is in site. D66 Both Dark devil's have mostly milky tricombs and are currently being flushed. Ive read a bit into flushing and haven't done it for my any previous goes but I said I would do it on this one just to get my own feel for my own preference. Both Dark Devil's are now getting 5l of pH'd water with nothing extra. Very pleased with the size of both Dark Devils at this stage. I had one fox tail on me due to heat stress about 4 weeks back but even she is fairly beautiful and seems to be a decent size with the largest buds being coke can sized. Both SODK's are also doing well. I've been doing some light defoliation on the smaller one every couple days today open the centre up a bit as it was very bushy. Both SODK's are also getting a fairly good Bloom feed at the minute still. They're also getting 5l of water a piece every second day or so. The Dark Devil's will be getting the balde this week. Very exciting stuff! I don't think I've ever looked forward to trying any strain as much as these beautiful bastards! D69 Dark Devil, Foxtailed Dark Devil and SODK small have all gone in for 48 hours darkness and are getting pretty close to needing water so I'm going to leave them in the dark and let them dry further before I chop. Hoping to chop these ladies on D7 1ST The larger SODK still has about 2 weeks left going by the look of her so she got a full feed of nutrients today. She might get one more full dose but time will tell! Sorry about the crap photos. I had an issue with my phone and I've been on a burner for the last few weeks

Great harvest. Very happy with the outcome. Smoked a bit of finger hash after the trim but will wait until after the cure to give a proper smoke report. Fair play to Sweet Seeds for producing these excellent genetics! Highly recommended.
