27/05 - adding Floralicious Plus e Diamond Nectar. Lets see how they respond
28/05 - My Rapid Start arrives, but I used half of the bootle (15ml) to fill the 30l reservatory. Im getting a little worried about the roots. Maybe its some sing of root ou just the floralicious+diamond nectar (brown colored nutes)
29/05 - Trying a DIY co2 generator
30/05 to 01/06 - just growing.
03/06 - end of week 3. Lets change the water and raise the ppm. The little girls and almost adult now
Im using Diamond nectar and floralicous, also RO water with maybe 5ml of Sodium hypochlorite and my roots are browish. Is this root? My water usually stay at 19~21c, but one day it raises to 25. Can someone give me a little help?

Hello.. Hope you are well.. Tbh it just looks like chelated nutes that have formed together around roots and bonded.. U can see clearly seh has sum lovely white roots growing thru so ur levels must b within the safe range for her.. Try simply rinsing them off very gently with room temp ph'd water.. Check my diary from this wks shiskaberry 2nd round to see how build ups can start, if unattended, they can and will create problems for ur girls.. A regular weekly change of nutes will keep her fresh and a clean of sides and equipment will also help stop any nasties building up in ur res.. Stay safe n gud luck with ur girls .. 👍🍀

04/06 - Topped plants #1 and #2. Ill wait until the other ones grows up. Lets see how they react =)

Week 5 - Same nutes from previous week. 2 more weeks of vega i think.
Look ate the shape of the plant and the wires to hold she down.
I have toped my plants 2 times over the past 2 weeks, and now all of their have the "H" shape in the base
Week 6 - Maybe the last vegetative week. Everyone is topped and LST. I think I will let them grow in peace this week (Ill just fix the lst, no more toppings or cutting fan leaves) and install my scrog net
One more week in vegetatitve. This week I will put the scrog screen.
They are growing well and my LST keep them very small =)
Im really curious to know how they will flower =)

I bought a new tent, twice as big as my initial (60x60 to 120x120), which gave me a lot more space for the reservoir and for the plants. Now I'm feeling like a professional
They started to bloom this week and include liquid koolbloom in their diet. I believe that all the work of LST and scrog is almost over and I am very hopeful of having a great harvest with a yield above expectations.

i'm making a scrog with 4 royal gorilla q they were topped twice. Usually I take 3 to 4 fan leaves from each plant a day, cut with scissors to prevent them from shading budsites. I do this every day. Is this correct or am I stressing the plant? they started blooming this week
Я бы рекомендовал удалять не больше 1/3 от всех развитых листьев у растения! Дефолиация - даёт свет новым точкам роста, но нельзя каждый день её поддавать стрессу и что-то срезать! Она будет цвести очень медленно, друг! Делайте дефолиацию один раз в 1-2 недели и вы не ощутите проблем и тормоза в развитии! 👆

Second week of flowering.
I have more than 50 bud sites in the 4 plants.
I added 4 more 15w lamps (1350lm) to help the led panel that was small in the new tent.
I didn't do any more defoliation and they are growing a lot every day. I am afraid to enter the tent in a few days and the plant will try to smoke me

Third week of flowering.
I added a second screen to be able to separate the tops. The screen has 8x9 squares, adding up to 72 and each square has a flower.
I think I will have a good harvest.

Fourth week of flowering. I keep pulling leaves every two days and forcing the tops under the screen. I see a lot of pistils. I think I should have another month and a half of flowering.
What do you think? Will I be able to harvest until the beginning of September?
Fifth week of flowering. Too many pistils forming. As it was my first time I made a mistake and let the plant branch too much, so I have a lot of branches with small flowers competing for space on the screen with the big flowers. In my next cultivation I already know which branches to prune at the beginning.
Finally, I am waiting to see these buds gain weight.

beginning of the sixth week of flowering and I see many fat flowers. The pistils are still white, but resin production is strong. The flowers themselves do not give off a very strong smell, but it leaves a very strong smell on the fingers, a very sweet citrus aroma
Hello friends, one more weekly update. I am approaching the end of the flora and I have the classic doubt of the first time: when to harvest? My trichomes are completely transparent, even with 7 weeks of flora. Apparently I can't see many trichomes in the flowers and I am a little worried.
In addition, I believe that I mixed the seeds before planting and what I thought were four gorillas actually may be 2 gorillas and 2 northern lights or 1 gorilla and 3 northern lights. Their flowers are very different.

@Darksoul, starting out I went 1/3 str and I'm slowly ramping up. I've never done a hydro setup before thou so I'm not 100% but my guess is you did just a bit much for um right now.
@Supreme1, You will need two plastic bottles, one 2 liter and one 600ml, sugar, yeast (used for bread) and baking soda.
In week 3 of my diary there is a picture of the bottles already assembled. A link to the assembly diagram follows.

All I would add in nutes extra is a bud formulation when in flower and cal/mg if needed. I use Massive bloom formulation along with my flower nute. No matter what brand of flower nute I use. Just need to stop using it about the last 3 weeks in bud or you get oxtails. Also keeping the roots healthy means to keep your water cool. That is essential for healthy roots and to keep slime down.

Cal/mg only if needed. Don't use flowering nutes until their in flower. You can give a little for root development. Just don't fall into all the hype about all the additives the nute companies put out. Weed loves exactly what tomatoes love and that is a fact. All the additives just creates salt buildup faster and slows the development of the plant, but it makes the rich people a lot richer. I've been growing 45 years and had one bad crop in that time. That was cuz my dog got lost out the back of my home in deep snow and I couldn't find him. He froze to death and with my depression, boy did my crop suffer. Lost the best strain I ever had. And am now searching for something equal. Hopefully this gg#4 is it. Grows fast like my old strain. Hope it is as potent and hope the crops are as big.
