I finally got my room humidity under control, unfortunately there’s 2 hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico currently which on might be headed in my direction.
So I have a do you guys think I should flush and chop? Or let it ride? When Harvey hit this area last, this home was without power for 15 days (which id lose my lights and exhaust). 3 of the plants are really close from what I can tell but the 2 big girls are at least 2 weeks from being ready.
I’d really appreciate any input or suggestions. I’d hate to chop it all down and it not even head this way, but I also am not going to put my family in jeopardy for these plants. In Harvey we sat in water for 3 days because I wanted to save 2 autos.... I felt like such a jackass.
Is this close enough for a flush? I’m crap at telling the ripeness on my plants. Looks like it’s mostly milky-ish with about 10%amber. Most photos were from mid plant.
You're not quite 10% amber yet. Also, and I can't stress this enough, ignore the trichomes on the leaves and only go by trichomes on the buds. I still see a lot of clear ones, I think you have about 7-10 days.
@Topcat420, I’m using some cheap 48x48 tent I found on Amazon. Though it does what I need there’s a ton on pin holes that have developed from using the zipper to get in and out. The lights are the tsw-2000 from Mars Hydro. They are amazing and if I would of got the 3000 it would of carried the whole tent no problem. I don’t recommend doing 5 plants in the size tent. Maybe 4 and a good scrog.
did you happen to note the dry weight of just the Peyote Zkittlez? I'm interested for comparison to what mine was. I think I could have done better, so I'm growing another one and this time will be scrogged.
@@pizzaman841, about 2 or 3 oz. She got way too big and some of the buds ended up with mold so I scrapped quite a bit. I don’t think I’m ever gonna try that strain again. The forums were champs and everyone seems to like that one better
@@pizzaman841, yeah she seems to lag behind all my other ones. Even now she’s my biggest plant but she seems to be a week behind in flowering compared to my other strains.
I’m thinking of growing ZK but I’m confused from week 5 it’s 14” tall then next it’s 48 “ then next week at 50 something inches. Is that a mistake. If so what is the now?
Good luck
Johnnie
@Jbucc50, I honestly wasn’t keeping up with the height they kinda just shot up between weeks 3 and 5. They’re pretty much half way up my torso and I’m 5”10
@NotShowingGrowing, the forums are so far my favorite. I still have the la kush ones they released I might run those next depending on the autos I get from @sweetseeds
@NotShowingGrowing, much appreciated! Out of all them they seem to be the most stable out of the new peyote lines. #2 seems wonky but the other two are frowning...., well, like weeds.
Good looking colas you have there man👍as for the storms I would hold off on chopping until you have better idea of whether or not you are going to be taking a hit or not. Either way man best of luck a stay safe.
Peace
My man I'm in a similar spot, I mean the storms are heading my way it seems too but I just started so if things so south it's not much of a loss. Watch thr storms and if it looks like you're going to need it, chop them and get the fam to a safe spot. The ladies look good, be safe bud!
