This is first grow, I've been wanting to start for awhile and what better time then now! This plant was started under a cheap grow light that caused it to strech much more then it shouldve but the stem seems to be thiccening up well enough to support the plant. For future grows, I will start the seedlings undery vipraspectra from the start. I began LST about a week ago but I think I started too early for it to take much effect. The secondary nodes have really begun to grow midway thru this week so I've been attempting to expose them to the light more The first set of leaves began curling at the start of week 2 but they're beginning to open up I've been using this grow to experiment with what works for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

They advise against defoliation on autos, I have known a few people to do it and I have had no problems with my royal gorilla auto, only take a few leaves at a time, and leave a few days between defoliation to allow recovery, but ultimately just try to tuck leaves down to prevent any stress, hope this helps pal keep growin

@Steeluk1987, I decided against it but I chose to remove a couple of the weaker looking leaves. Thanks for the insight :)
