My guess is the spots are nutrient burn from the leaf either touching the soil for a prolonged duration or getting splashed during feeding

This plant was the last among my strains to begin veg. (1 week behind the first)
There's some browning happening on the lower leaves but other then that, the plant seems healthy and it's been growing well! I'll be waiting another week or so before I begin LST
