She's looking quite healthy. Could just be a genetic thing. I wouldn't worry! Cheers and happy growing!

Hello So in my experience i had praying leaves when my plant was very healthy and green, the morning sun really brought it on like crazy every day . However when growing indoors it can occasionally mean you're pushing the light levels too high, or low humidity. If your plant stays green and healthy then you've probably hit the maximum sweet light spot. But as the plant grows you'll also need to move the light up to maintain the perfect light spot.

Did you water it before that? Looks like mild splash damage. Otherwise, its very early stage of whatever it it.

Hey friend, So your temps are pretty low...even the day time. Not that the plants can't handle that cause they can, but usually the purple stems i associate with cold temps, phosphorus or genetics. The dark spot...that too could be cold, possibly got wet like mentioned in the previous question, and then chilly temps. Ive had plants slowly turn a dark almost blackish color once the got too much cold weather. Have you tried to wipe away the white part with a moist towel? Also Once the ph is lower watch and see if anything gets better or worse.

I think if you're only having just that one spot, and 1 tip, it may just be a small problem that's corrected itself. Calcium can cause those brownish spots but it would spread, not just once leaf. I'd say just keep the ph fixed like you did and watch for anymore spots.👍

When you have problems Flush with properly ph water And get back on your feeding schedule I always trim / prune any sick leaves afterwards so the plant does not waste energy on those bad leaves and so they are not targets for pests

To me it just looks like some cosmetic damage... mabey from butting up against ur pot as it was getting bigger. Or the tip getting in the soil when u where watering. Either way just looks like it was roughed up a little... not a deficiency or anything like that IMO. Happy growing and stay lit fam.
