14 weeks no budlets at the least? it's a photo, i'd guess. unless there's something in that photo i can't see. hope the harvest is bountiful for you, nonetheless.

It can be either. If your not sure you'll find out if she starts to flower fast! Other than that what a mystery! Have fun!!! Maybe check with the dispensary?? Happy growing!
