No watering this week - the pot is still heavy and somehow saturated.
So far that lady is building up herself very well.
I would like to share an idea-maybe the most important thing i learned from her this grow, coz every time you learn something new and important-
Previous weeks of her did not look promising as leaves were dropped and vegging was slow comparing to the other ladies here.
And then i decided to heat up and stop watering coz she did not intake from the pot that was keeping heavy...
I LEARNED THAT SOMETIMES,EVEN IF YOUR CANOPY TEMP IS PERFECT (25C) AND EVERYTHING LOOKS PERFECT,THE PLANT CAN STILL GET STUCK BECAUSE POT AREA
TEMP WAS LOWER AND PLANT COULD NOT EVAPORATE AND INTAKE WATER AND NUTES...SO...I MENTIONED AT PREVIOUS WEEKS-I WAS READY TO GIVE UP ON HER AND TAKE HER OUT BUT I RAISED TEMPS TO 28C AND SHE STARTED TO IMPROVE.that way the plant started to "sweat" and "work" to live and so evaporation, nutes and water intake and ofcourse development.
thats what i have learned .
always try to see whats wrong even if you think nothings wrong ...temps can be A BIT higher than what the book says...plants survive and know how to handle
lets c her now make it to harvest
thx all
@midEastern, :) i would do the opposite, hps in winter/early spring, leds in spring /summer... Hps is too hot for my tent... I'll keep a look to see how they go under hps !
@Michka,if i had an app that transmits smells i would sent you the smell dude...
this strain is amazing....all the way it keeps compact but dense like a true indica.
just before started to flower 8 weeks ago i took clones off of all my strains (each has its diary ) and vegged them until now...
now my flower room is free again and i veg all 8 clones under my mars 400w true watt reflector full spectrum on for another week and then switch to 1212.
i am expecting 2 more units of BLOOMSPECT 300w to enrich the mars in 2 weeks.
Church is also there 2 ladies but havent started diaries for them.
I wanna see 'em all flower under 600w led this time...and compare led vs previous HPS
@midEastern, your leaves near the bottom are loosing color, from what I can see, and that's not much :) Generally the yellowing starts either from the bottom (nitrogen, potassium, magnesium) or from the top (usually with secondary nutrients like Zinc, manganese, sulfur...) so you either plucked those full yellow leaves or spilled something on top of those leaves so you have yellow in the middle but not on top and bottom, or I just can't see them from the photos
@bobo420,what defs do u c here please?
I have been struggling with her in the past 3 weeks or so as she looked tired and leaves dropping .i flushed her and she got better but i have 3 more other ladies there which r doing great ..so donno whats happening with her.
@@@@flowerboy,my moto is that canopy temperature is a much more important factor than light intensity and i keep my canopy at 25-27 degrees (c).
my plants look healthy and bushy and fill up nice,as they will get higher and also will be moved to 5gal container they will get closer to bulbs/panel so i expect more efficiency and growth to get better as time passes - all in trying to keep stable canopy temp...cheers dude
@bildo,my experience with ghs was always good..church is an indica dominant you will enjoy it.
make sure to let soil dry before each watering
and dont go below 24c when lights in
woooooow the curch.. great choice mate!!
ive smoked church few years ago and it had straight curch incense flavor..it was out of this world..
..
take good care of her and good luck.. i defined suggested to wait her to fully mature before switching to flower
cheers :)
