All the Ethos seeds pooped within 36hrs using the cottton wool method.
Transplanted them into Clone!t plugs. Using these for the first time. The cubes are clean and very easy to work with. So far I'm very impressed.
Cubes are housed within a propagation dome with warth and humidity.
6 Cfl's hang above. 18w each.
Cubes were transplanted into freedom farms organic soil after first sign of roots.
Watered once 6.5ph
Humidity gradually settled at 10% after taking the dome off.
HIT IT BONG IT SEE YA
Had a great week. :)
Sorted out the humidity so its now back to 60%. Plants responded to this nicely.
Watered once, ph 6.7
Good growth all round.
Lilac and okc are the fastest of the bunch at the moment.
Still all under t8 lights. (2 x 18)×3
Quit a busy week.
Added another 2 T8's early in the week bringing the total wattage to 120.
Transplanted into 10l pots.
The 2 OKC's were showing signs of defeciency. At first I thought the problem was N, did a small feed with Biobizz Grow. New leaf showed the same deficiency. Did a small water with CalMag today as I suspect the problem is a lack of Magnesium. Should see improvement in week 5.
Swopped out the T8's for 400w of MH.
Added another 400w bringing the total to 800w MH. Will keep it this way until flower.
The nutrient deficiency mainly seen in the OKC's is due to a lack of Magnesium in the soil. Looks strain specific but I suspect the others would have eventually shown the same problem.
2 waters this week.
First with calmag
Second with biobizz grow
Plants have responded very well to the Calmag.
Added a G.A.S controller to the room. Will be doing a review of this product for this grow.
Watch this space
2 calmag waters this week. Leaves are a really nice looking green so didnt need to add N.
Lateral branching really taking off.
Vertical branching still symmetrical.
Plants starting to show their sex. Looks like 1 male in there. The Lialac's are regular.
The main stems of these Ethos strains are really impressive, thick, hollow, sticky and smelly.
Staked the plants for additional support.
The G.A.S is a great product so far. Running 2 x 400 w, 2 ac and a heater. 13 amps max. 2 200w per channel.
Cant wait to flip.
