Germinated in a day with paper towel and baggie tech, after soaking for 16 hours in water. Taproot was a strong little grower!
Went into a 7 gallon fabric pot filled with pro mix mycorrhizae with a bit of composted cow manure mixed in the bottom. ** Did use humidity dome for the first week and a half so Audrey had good humidity in her youngest stage
My first serious grow. Indoor and all that. Still so much to learn and so many mistakes still to make.

Going for full living soil grow. Also have mycorrhizal powder which will be added to week two's watering tea.
***Using way too large of a pot for this grow, throws off watering hard. Have had deep soaks but never really enough for significant runnoff. No idea the ppm uptake or soil ppm, have poopy prong meter. In all honesty the watering has been a complete mystery.
Will be featuring Marphyl Marine Phytoplankton Organic soil enhancer along with a NPKraw cane mollases to feed all the good microbes already in and being added throughout the grow. Added Root Rescue hyper concentrated mycorrhizal powder to the sauce, little of this goes long way.
Any advice on good watering techniques and organizational tips and tricks for watering. For current and or future grows. I'm aware my pot size selection was way to large for this auto grow. Should I invest in a self watering rig for the future? Less hassle?
It can be nice for extended trips but factor in something breaks more often that way requiring more investment. If it seems worth it to you there is no harm in buying like an Autopots system. I keep a calendar next to my grow area and log on my phone with helping keep track of watering and feedings. I personally love the involvement not having an automatic system requires and I feel like my plants will always benefit more from the constant attention unlike what tends to happy with automatic solutions. All the final upgrades for the grow tent are done, all stocked up for the future of cutting clones. Had a little dry period where the humidity drop and soil dried out a bit. Gave Audrey a healthy watering of my Marphyl compost tea and saw immediate plumping and filling of leaves.
Day 13 update. Closed one passive intake lowered exhaust fan speed and upped the humidifier. Having hard time keeping humidity at 70%
Make this an easy one, I'm aware that too high nitrogen levels will turn the plant a deep green color. Just wondering if any ol'heads can notice from a glance if the color is off. And any suggestions in general from a glance at set up and diary. Please thanks

D16- Everything is looking good. Doing more research to find out a good compost tea. Feeling like I'm low on certain nutes. Need a better understanding of what nutes my current sauce has or is lacking.
D17- added organic bonemeal for slow release in flower.
D18- sooo pretty, def has a little smell to it, when I smash my face into her gently and take a big breath

D21- LST time, first time, being as super gentle as possible. Trying to keep that canopy even.
Woke up this morning to a couple off colored spots on some of the fan leafs, looked around for info. Thinking there's something lacking.

stop thinking about it.. distract yourself.
stick to only neccessary activities...
water/fertilzie as needed with a good dry/wet cycle relative to your medium.
Don't fiddle with them. Train them, tie them down and get the f%$#k outa dodge.
Don't go in there and just stare.. keep your tent closed... it keeps pests out and other floaties in the air.
You get that urge that oyu have to do something but don'tknow the cause of the problem or whether it is right? ... just don't do it,lol.. the more you ignore your impulses, the sooner the anxiety goes away.
If you are afraid of dogs and don't want to be, you expose yourself to dogs until the anxiety goes away. In this cause, you ignore your impulse to do useless things to satiate your compulsion, the less you feel the need to do such things.
Your second grow, even if first is very successful, will be light-years better. you will avoid a lot of the impulse-caused mistakes. You'll set things up better, more organized etc etc... that too will alleviate most anxiety.. familiarity..
learning curve.. just traverse it and it gets easier... You'll be treating them like the one-legged, red-headed step-child you never had in no time.
As far as traning, I'm pretty sure I didn't start the LST soon enough. Also I'm tucking the fan leaves under grow sites the prop them up and even out the canopy a little. Going to try and defoliate as little as possible to avoid as much stress as possible.
June 11-d22- yesterday was a rookie day, dimmed light to take pictures forgot to turn back up, turned it up. Couple hours later power outage on and off for 2 hours lights back on, timer messed up didn't turn off.
6/13D24- dropping humidity to 50%
Been waiting on NPK's raw potassium product, to add to the sauce to boost flower. It's a little late but I talked to their customer service and shout out to Mr. Mark he shipped me another one free of charge to insure I get it.
Don't Pay For Water!, In your nutes. Unless you want too tho. Who am I to tell another adult what to do.

D28- End of week 4, she's starting to add flower to her pistils. Will update with better camera pics. Did a good soak today with my 1 a week nute solution diluted with twice as much water.
Same spot on an outdoor plant I have but I know that mine was caused by the temp dropping down to 0 the other night. Fricking middle of june and weather going down to frickin freezing. Global chilling. That will be the new tax grab...
Start of w5. Doing good starting to see some stretch. Have some flower development. Watered with a gallon yesterday and had very little run off so skipping a day and going to water with a full gallon again. The size of this pot is really throwing me off.
D32- Audrey def smells now, can't smell her fumes in the room but you open her tent and you get smacked in the face. Outside near the exhaust there's a slight smell. It's legal here so idgaf, fight me. Best discription I have of the smells is prob way off cause I have a broke nose and can only really breath though one nostril anyways. But I'd say fuel? I'm gonna get a focus group together and crowd source the answer lol.
D33- water day been 48 hours since the last gallon water. Been very humid hard to drop it near 55 sitting 66 so soil stayed damp. This morning I found a mushroom growing in the soil near the plant. Pretty good sign the soil is alive? Correct me if I'm wrong.. also forgot to take a picture next time!
D35- The stretch is real! Easy an inch since yesterday. Keep having to move the light up.
Forgot to take pictures. Mushroom grew out my soil (indoor tent). No signs of mold will keep eye open. It looks same as grow out my jalapeno plants container soil. Is my soil Alive? Should I back off a little on the concentrated mycorrhizal powder?

I'm getting yellow tips thinking too much N but could also be light burn Audrey keeps getting to 16 inchs away from the light every morning.
Folded pot bag down for better circulation. Top of soil was staying tooo damp.

Measured run off at 1500ppm, scary considering I e never out more than 900ppm in.
Has to be the cow manure that was mixed in the bottom. Going to just plain ph water for a week. Looks like my flush is starting early.

What did I just read? Can someone tell me in layman's terms... Something about how flowering classification is wrong?
It's argueing that when a plant preflowers in weeks 3-6 of the vegetative stage means it has entered flowering stage...which is pretty much useless semantics as far as i can see. couple of quotes from the article: " We argue that in Cannabis, a short photoperiod orchestrates intense branching of the inflorescence, with floral initiation that occurs independently of short photoperiod.
Therefore, appearance of these solitary flowers represents the transition from adult vegetative stage to reproductive stage."
Start of week 7
Flushed yesterday, then gave light feed of potassium from NPK raw and a dose of calmag.
Too much nitrogen for sure and either to little potassium or too much? Majority of fan leaves are red and seem to be a little weak, but I might be looking for the correlations.
pH on run off was 7.2
Ppm was in the 1400's
Going to give dry day then light feed again with another potassium and calmag. Hoping this turns around and doesn't continue to progress.
D48- the plain pH water continues, will sneak in a cane mollases and micro'b feed in. Flowers seem to be developing.
Problems... Diary and question the same. There are def burnt tips everywhere and the leaf fans are going from the bottom up.
What should be my next step in fixing the problem and if it's going to affect yeild?
Slight burnt tips in flower is relatively normal. When the hormones switch over they dont need as much nutrients going into flower and they dont need as much nitrogen so what's left in the medium becomes enough to burn the tips of your leaves. It's not a bad thing as long as you start out real easy on your flower nutes and increase as neccessary. When your on a proper watering regiment and you know how much you have fed (starting low and increasing) and when watered having 20% runoff to keep salts from building, and you see something funky going on, you now know that it's from the plants wanting more food. Only you know how much food you have given her and how much plain water, so only you would know if there is a deficiency or it is lockout. If your following the feeding directions on the label of your nutes, it is probably lockout. Hope this was informative for ya. Cheers

Crazy how fly times when you're high.
Well besides I think spazzing out, it's going as good as it goes for me. Changes everywhere, flower is developing, hoping Audrey puts on that baby weight and gets top heavy. Get her swol on.
Going to try and sneak one more bloom feed in before something else happens. This is the last day of a three day drought, soil is really maintaining moisture and I'm fairly confident that most of my yellow crispy curls are from the impromptu "flush" I did when I spazzed about some burnt tips. W.e I dropped the run off PH a bit when I did.
D56- Holding on. Hopefully The content hasn't been effected by my noobniss. Straight water from here on out I'm thinking.
All the NPK raw is measured per liter so 3 L to the G, it's math.
Still not ready to harvest obviously. The burnt leaves are more than likely from a pk excess, just trim some of them off now while there way to get to. I think you still have 2 or 3 weeks of growth left 👍🌱

Couple notes about grow:
Use ascorbic acid ( powdered vit C) to lower my pH and neutralize the chloramine of my tap water.
Definitely didn't pay enough attention to ph factor. Live and learn.
Might have light stressed as well, not so familiar with my lights strength yet.
Didn't get enough run off mid grow.
Add all that up and the buds still growing sticky and has a smell. Did I handicap Audrey? Time will tell.

D79- after a flush with some NPK raw yucca, I was on the hunt for those ambers. Guess it's my yucca day cause there they were. Going to cut on day 80. Msnl info on the strain says 75-80, so pretty spot on despite the utter abuse I layed on Audrey.
Have received my promotional seeds from sweet seeds, So shout out to Sweet Seeds. Going to run two of the strains for next indoor. Stay tuned for the harvest. The whole family is going to join in cutting her up.
Upcoming curing stage is going to be a fun learning experience. Wonder how imma muck that up!
