Wow, what a funny little grow and a hardy strain. Got the seed from the previous grow (just the 1 seed, go figure) and germinated it basically wondering if it would grow or yield anything. Had a very troublesome start - got root rot, dug up and washed off the roots and replanted. Started doing well so re-potted. Stunted it's size of course, but boy did it pull through! These are some hardy genetics! Split the dry in 2 as the main cola was turning amber quicker than the rest of the plant and wanted a more uplifting smoke. The initial dry was tricky as of course we had lovely warm weather after I chopped, so made drying slowly more difficult. Dried over 5 days and then into the jar once the outside was getting crispy. Careful monitored the humidity with a hygrometer and now have got some lovely looking nugs after a months cure. The 2nd chop I did about 2 weeks later and did a cold water flush and 48hrs of darkness to see if this had any notable differences/improvements. 3 jars are; earlier chop, couple of nugs thrown in a jar with a Boveda pack straight after drying and the last of the plant dried and cured as normal. 2 weeks cure so far and no major difference between them, the earlier chop is a bit more up maybe, but nothing dramatic. Handful of dense buds but mostly light popcorn and no real smell unfortunately, smells a bit 'homey' before it's grinded : l Fluffs up nice and smells better, burns smooth with good white ash. Flavour is a bit muted too, hence the 8/10 (had a similar issue with density, smell & taste before, but acknowledge this could be user error as it were : )) All in all just over half ounce from a plant that maybe shouldn't have lived haha. Happy Growing

Super Lemon Haze auto - troubled start (root problems, dug up washed off and re-potted, did well so re-potted again) Due to stress not sure when she'll be ready to flush, any ideas from the photos? She's at about day 60-ish, so thinking start flush next week? / let her bulk abit?

Hello For such a stressful start she looks good. Most of the pistils are still fairly white so i would definitely wait at least a week. When you see theyre about 50-75% discolored then flush. Also check the trichromes, either with a loupe or a lot of light around zoom wiith the camera, try with and without the flash. If you see mostly clear, not ready to flush. If you see mostly milky(with small amounts of amber) then start flushing right away. Happy harvesting.

Hot sunny week coming up. Should I defoliate? Will this help her bulk at all at this late stage? Give one more feed (she's still quite heavy, probs ready tomorrow)? or start flushing soon? Trich pics from different buds. Thanks in advance all

She looks fine as she is mate. Need to introduce biobloom and topmax now, no need to flush. And increase bio grow a little as you starting to get yellowing leaves 👍🌱

Some of the top leaves on my BB are folding, though some are folding down and some folding up? and only on the top 2 sets of fan leaves? Should I worry? My other plants seem fine and they're all getting the same treatment...

There's a small bit of bud rot in BB's main cola. Doesn't seem to be spreading atm (watched across 4/5 days), should I chop the top in case it does suddenly though? or let it run as close to harvest?

I’d cut off put it in a sealed bag and trash any of it that is infected. Make sure to increase the air circulation around that plant or exhaust more air from the gh. That’s too bad as the plant looks really nice

@bakes hi mate to be safe and to not to risk your entire crop you should carefully remove ANY effected material and dispose of it . Also there must be reason for the budrot such as not enough airflow or ventilation during lights out Good luck mate and keep an eye on the buds like a hawk from now on

Hey with having so many different strains in this diary, you'll probably see some ready faster than others, so just be vigilant on looking close every day or 2. Sometimes they can mature overnight feels like. ✌️

@bakes, lol i love it. A tent is nice because of light tight and what not....but I'd rather just have a whole grow room...or a grow corner in the office. Haha then at least i can see them all day and take care of them better. I have a bad habit of "out of sight out of mind".
