As long as they're getting light above 13 hours per day they won't enter flowering so its dependent on where in the world you're growing and the current climate. critical+2.0 is meant to be a pretty big yielder though for sure! To protect them from the wind I suggest either setting up a tarp tied to some poles that you can put up or remove depending on weather and tie the stems to bamboo when they start getting heavy! 👍🌱

length of time you have is the key obviously, but you should be covered for extensive growth, yes. (bit more succinct)

from stong winds, sure.. they probably get quite robus outside.. i see most outside growers with some sort of windshield apparatus around them etc.. enough space not to impede light from sides etc.. the wind will make the stems stronger too, so some stress is good. pot size will definitely limit size of plant once roots can't grow further. If fairly linear, i'd guess you have plenty of room even for a 2kg yield from a veritable tree, but could be wrong.

I would defoliate all of the inner leaves that are not getting any sun and cut off the big fan leaves that are covering the new growth areas. Also you could train the smaller branches to grow horizontal instead of vertical. Go and have a look at where I am in my grow. I am in T.O. as well. I think we may be able to help each other.
