I lowered the lights to 84cm, use spray to water the plants, increased the humidity to 65%, added a bit of soil and increased the light schedule to 19h. Hope it can speed up the grow

Your medium is pretty drenched for such a small plant.. She only needs say 3 - 4 shot glasses of water right at her stem to help force her taproot to grow down instead of out.. But regardless of that point she's about the right size maybe a bit small because she's not growing in optimal conditions.. Just get things dialed in and she will blow up in no time.. Happy Growing! 👊
