Hi my friend , i have the same light but the 245w version , i see that you keep your sunrise option activated on your lamp , my question is do you keep this mode during all the day and all the grow? and if yes could you explain the benefits from doing this?

@Widukindz, beautiful job with the super cropping and making the plant go with the scrog. As you can see with mine 1 out of the 3 really stretched even though I topped. I take a tip from you on this next time and do this. I bet that pays off greatly for you. Well done mate.
