Feminized Purp Punch!

She growing kinda slow to my liking. I've been told it's due to not gradually increasing it's put size when needed, rather than placing it in a 3 gal pot (late nite, wasn't thinking). I also had to use Neem Oil, due to baby gnats in my soil, that was already there when I purchased this soil. I don't see any issues, or those pest, knocking on wood though. 2nd feeding, and it has responded well, and picking up speed, to where she should be at this point.
