2 Black Lemons

TheDoctor Welcome! Last year I wasn’t able to get the whole potential out of this strain, so I started another run with 2 black lemons indoor, which will be taken outdoors when they begin to flower!

TheDoctor Welcome to the third week of vegetation for my black lemons! So far really good growth, with huge leaves for her age and a stable structure.

TheDoctor One phenotype seems to be not so hungry than the other, as well the darker one has some burnt tips, I think due to calcium deficiency, it should work now! This should be the last week of vegetation.

TheDoctor One phenotype is more dark than the other, but both grew extremely fast this week! Nice purple calyxes:))

TheDoctor This genetic is an absolute beauty! The two different phenotypes are showing their amazing variety of colours and the purple shades start to fade into the other sugarleaves... really gorgeous! The brighter one smells more citrus, whilst the dark one smells more skunky and not that intensive.

TheDoctor These buds grow like crazy!! I love this genetic which smells like hell and also has the most beautiful colour I’ve ever seen in a plant. The buds are getting thicker and tighter every day, the darker phenotype has a main-cola which is formed like a fist. Really stoked on the harvest which should be in two weeks!

TheDoctor This Is a hell of a plant! They smell like fresh citrus with a hint of skunk, now the pistils start to be coloured brown, so she might be ready next week! They both grew amazingly throughout their lifetime, and I’m thinking about growing her again next year because she’s so beautiful!

TheDoctor Welcome to the eleventh week of my Black Lemon automatic! I already harvested a few parts of the brighter phenotyp, because there were so many pests on those branches. I'll try those buds in a few days and i'll check how the trichoms will look under a microscope, i'm sure they'll ripe a lot the next days. They just receive rain now✊

TheDoctor Welcome to my harvest-report of my two Black Lemons from exotic seed! First of all I want to say that I had two phenotypes; one really citric with a brighter colour and green cuttings. This one smells amazing but Doesn’t look so stunning black like the other one. The darker phenotype smells more skunky and woody, but still there’s more than a hint of citrus! The brighter phenotype stayed smaller throughout her lifecycle and had smaller, sativa-like buds. Still the harvest was good and I got a decent yield out of her! It was about 35 grams of dried buds, which are currently curing in jars, as you can see in the pictures🙂 The dark one yielded even more with 45 grams of dried buds, also curing at the moment. The yield was amazing to me, because I never had such a big yield with automatics! As I placed them indoors for their first four weeks, they were able to build up a nice and stable structure! The stretch was enormous, in like two weeks they tripled their size, also it was beautiful to watch those small purple calyxes grow and get bigger every day. Harvest time was pretty much on point with 11 weeks from seed to harvest; one month shorter than my indoor grow, so I’m really happy with the result! Not gonna lie, these buds are just perfect for showing your friends😅 they are so beautiful and Special, it’s always a pleasure to look at in jars or in the grinder. The effect is really calming, without putting to much pressure on your head that you’re not able to get up again. Furthermore it’s more like stimulating and puts a smile on your face. What I also like about the effect is that she’s not that cerebral/trippy on your mind, so it’s not a confusing high.
