SourCrack - MephistoGenetics

hello! This is the start of our journey with these 6 Sour Crack from Mephisto Genetics. I have 6 total, 3 in each bed. Each bed is 24"x48"x18" and is in a 3'x5' tent from OfficialHighDroGro. The lights are a DragonSL from ScynceLED. Each one is fully controllable via app. There is 4 spectrums to control, you can create recipes, sunrise sunset effects, power intensity, etc. 600w max per light (Best light on the market imo) ((and ive tested a TON of leds...) Both tents have all the exact same equipment and soil. The soil is Freyjas Mix from Aliki Gardens out of California. AMAZING SOIL BTW!!! Its the best soil out of the bag for a living soil setup. It is designed for that purpose!! It will last you many many many runs over and over and continues to get better with a true living soil setup. Any questions please feel free to reach out. things are starting to take off! I sprinkled some clover cover crop and its starting to come in now. The cover crop has SO MANY BENEFITS to your living soil setup. Its an amazing living mulch layer, it will keep your soil from drying out as fast, worms and bacteria and beneficial bugs will come all the way up to the surface of the soil and thrive, clover pulls nitrogen out of the air and brings it directly to the roots, the benefits are endless! I recommend everyone to check it out and try it themselves

The roots have finally developed and these babies are taking off!! Check out that 10 days of growth, absolutely insane! Also look at that last pic and check out that node/branch stack!! These leds are crushing it and making amazing plant structure

These ladies are HAPPYYY! And thriving as you can see with the roots coming out of that stalk, the way up to the first node! Craazzyyy!! The ladies are in transition right now and you can see little bud sites starting to form. Very exciting times!! Be sure to feed your plant sour things during the transition period. They are basically like pregnant women with their crazy cravings. I do sour fruit ferments that I make, such as a sour apple ferment. The ladies go crazy for it. #KoreanNaturalFarming

Once a week I feed a compost tea to my ladies. I mix up a 5gal bucket tea per bed. They get this once a week (every weekend) and the rest of the week they soak up just tap water from the BluMat system i have in place. It is extremely easy and so time consuming. Basically I have x2 10gal buckets between the beds on a shelf. *You can kind of see them in the first pic up top* each bucket goes to a bed. Each bed has drip tape and it slowly releases water into the beds. They come with ceramic carrots that measure water moisture. Once you dial it to the moisture of your choice, it will alwayz stay at that moisture level as long as there is water in your reservoir. Once it reaches the moisture level, it will stop dripping water. And when it dries up, it will drip water. And the best part about it all??? cover crop is starting to really take over and fight for that light. Its also decreasing airflow and increasing humidity around the autos.. with this many budsites we want more airflow and less humidity. Today we chop and dropped the cover crop. This still allows us to have a grrat mulch layer that the worms will LOVE. They will eat the clover, instantly turn it to worm castings, and put the nutrients from that plant matter directly back into the soil. So cool right?! And the clover will grow right back, its a win win!

Day 63 for the ladies!!! They are looking outstanding and the terps are so potent!! I wish I could share scratch and sniff pictures lol.. Majority of them looks like they could still go a couple weeks, so we will keep an eye on them and let them tell me when they are ready.

things are starting to come to a finish! Orange pistils slowly coming in, this is the last week for these beautiful ladies! We won't be flushing though, cause in a living soil we would destroy our life down there. In a living soil setup, plants fade and come to and end naturally just like in mother nature. No need to flush since your soil isn't filled with salts!

Beyond easy grow. Everything is automated, from watering, air intake/exhaust, temps, humidity, lights, and the plants themselves. Everything was automated and this grow basically grew itself. All I did was make sure to fill my reservoir with tap water (x1 - x2 times per week) ez pz Super dense nugs, like super super dense. The ScynceLED DragonSL really penetrates deep into the plant and builds extremely high quality nugs. Cant wait to share the final weight once everything's dries.
