4 clones (2 taquitz og, 1 fire og, 1 tropicana cookies), put them in solo cups with Fox Farm ocean forest organic soil, along with some Mycorrhizae. Lightly watered, put under 24/7 light from a Wills 2000 watt LED grow light. They’re having a slumber party in a 4x4 vivosun tent, a 6x18 Carbon scrubber for the stank being pulled by a S6 Cloudline fan. Small 6 inch non-oscillating fan blowing sweet kisses to the girls at all times. First time grow, pretty stoked and scared of whats to come. Hope i dont fuck it up.

High tent temps have forced me to hook up the AC system. A lil guy that puts about 7500btu’s I believe. Only problem was, i am forced to put it inside the tent instead of outside, as I originally planned. Their fingers were dropping a little, im guessing because of the low 80’s high 70’s temps i was giving them. Now with the temps at about 76ish, they look happy. I also switched them over to 5 gal. Fabric pots, the bottom 1/4 with SuperSoil and the rest with fox farms ocean forest and 10% coco to help me out a bit. Watered and let to rest in their room.

Im 20 days into veg. Recently gave them a feeding of compost tea with a top dressing of worm casting, they have responded very well. I topped 3 of the 4 plants. Only because the 4th somehow topped herself🤷‍♂️🏽. Put up a trellis that i had to maneuver around the AC, but seemed to turn out ok. Also added a small oscillating fan to go along with the other small 6 inch fan.

Any suggestions on how to properly scrog these girls would be much needed. Hope im doing it correctly. I feel like the height is ok @ 12-13 inches from the base of the plant is where the trellis lays

If you have the time and patience, you can scrog like this too: growdiaries.com/diaries/62572-royal-queen-seeds-green-gelato-grow-journal-by-ganjalab There's nothing special to it. If you always keep your growth beneath the net, you can do big changes in the canopy later, if needed. Before you let them through the screen of course 😊 Sometimes one branch just spurts like crazy and your scrogging map and plan went away, and drastic turn maybe in place. My net is 2"x2" 50x50mm and I aim to get one growth shoot into every hole. Have fun, scrogging is the best 👍 PS. I checked Nor_Cal_Kannabliss scrog diary, and yes, that is how you do it 😍

Last week of veg. Before a flip em. Fire OG is the stretcher out of the group. Both Taquitz OG and Tropicana Cookies are coming in very bushy and stout. Ive introduced them to a new nutrient from Cold War Organics called, Bud Bread. Ive been easing them into the trellis squares.

Finally starting to see what looks like the girls Trying to bud. Their lil white afros pistils are starting to form. Im having a hard time keeping my FIRE OG in the scrog formation. All she wants to so is stretch up. I feel some super cropping would have been a good idea earlier. Not too much in the stretching for the Taquitz OG, the branches have a lot of nodes. Very bushy girl. Tropicana Cookies is forming nicely, i feel i didnt do the best training on this one either. The buds are forming faster on this one, but that can possibly attributed to her flowering 2 weeks leas than the others. I’ve been having an issue with heat, especially after switching the “flower” switch on, and 4 additional, hot COB CREE’s come on and add alot of light...and alot of heat. Ive switched my fan around to direct incoming air, upwards toward the light. Stays around 78-80F. Its getting warmer where i live, and my portable ac can only do so much.

Trichs coming in. Ending 3 weeks flowering with 21 days in, every week is something exciting. Humidity is still an issue. Turned ac down to 73 ish in hopes to help out.

End of week 4 in the books. They are starting to stack, especially the Taquitz OG. The Fire OG is full of bud sites that im hoping will turn into colas. Tropicana cookies is starting to express more purple notes along with her blingbling of trichomes. Still battling humidity, between 45-65%. Hoping to grab a bigger humidifier, i have 2 small $40 ones, but its not cutting it.

I was forced to chop a small branch off of the Fire OG because of PM. Tropicana Cookies was lightly affected as well. I finally grabbed a larger 70 pint dehumidifier, I’m hoping that high humidity issues are now a thing of the past. On my next run, i will definitely run a longer veg with more LST training. I feel like my buds are pretty small in comparison to others I’ve been seeing at the same stage as mine. The trichomes are coming in nice and heavy tho!

Ive been having humidity issues. Early in this week, PM has started to show its ugly face. I started chopping branches that seemed to be infected. There was no stopping it. I had an unexpected trip to Oregon, so the plants would be on autopilot for about 4 days. Upon arrival, about half of the Fire OG and a good part of Tropicana Cookies were infected pretty bad. I took them out of the tent, salvaged what i could, which wasnt very much. Maybe a half ounce. Fkn sucks. On the bright side, both of my Taquitz OG’s, are completely healthy and unaffected. From 4 down to 2 plants, at least im still in the game 🤞🏽

Im only watering with PH’d water from now till harvest. Have 2 weeks left. These two girls are getting more dense by the day. The trichs are coming in very heavy. A heat wave is hitting my area, so temps inside my garage are about 95 degrees Fahrenheit and tent temps are around 83 during the day. The plants are starting to show the effects from the heat. Hopefully the weather lets up soon.
