Was first grow with this light. Appears to be fairly effective for size and power consumption. Does generate some heat but ballast can be moved if it's too much for your area. I hope it can do the duration it says. New models have easy dimmer switch. I gotta use screw driver to adjust mine. Was my only complaint.
