2020 Summer Outdoor

I have left them unpinned the last two weeks to allow them some upward growth. This week I will continue by reapplying LST now that the branches have gained considerable strength. I have been defoliating the inner parts of each plant as it is required. The inside branch and secondary node growth has been so amazing on several of the ladies over the last two weeks. Adding some CalMag to the mix this week to make sure everything stays healthy and continues good growth through vegetation. The weather has been an absolute bitch. Low 90s during the day with clear skies and low 70s at night. Humidity has fallen pretty hard into the mid 50s. Also had to apply some true Bayer insecticide locally for the slugs and silk worm protection. The double black has fully recovered and I seemed to have cleared away the infestation. Thankfully the plants are far spread out enough but I needed something stronger to help fight my on going pest battles. I hope the weather changes for every persons sake in my area. Right now we are currently at 7 days with no rain with another 14 to follow. I am hopeful things will change. Good Luck and Happy Growing!
