It’s alway good to do a defoliation in veg and in early flower weeks 1-3 in flower week 4 only removing any big fan leafs blocking any main bud sites. After that I just let them do there thing . You really don’t wanna induce to much stress in flower because it can hurt your end production. Hope that helps
