Blue dream R.D.W.C waterfall/QB LED

Did not start doing my photos yet but here are the seeds and some of the equipment I'll be using Small fan, large fan, exhaust fan, Mars Hydro sp-250, 125 w V3 quantum board, plan on adding two more 125 w quantum boards at flowering time I'll be using general hydroponics and advanced nutrients My rdwc system is made from 6- 4gallon buckets with 4in piping for the retern 2 inch piping for the waterfall and air Stones running in each the air pumps are running next to the window for cool air two buckets attached outside the tent one for adding chill packs(what's able to get a water cooler yet) one that houses the sub pump also a lot easier to check on my ppm's,PH and water temp

Here my plants two weeks in from seed I was running my lights at 250 to 300 Par of light from my QB board

Everything seems to be going quite well I'm going to get a humidifier as soon as I can The larger seed out of the two seems to be doing a lot better than the other my DYI buckets have been working really well I have had a couple of leaks I had to deal with but I couldn't find any 4in gaskets anywhere for the recycling part of my system

So I think I've decided for plan b I'm going to be doing mainlining I don't know if it's a traditional main line but I'm just going to grow the nine colas up for plant a I'm doing major defoliation all the time it just keeps growing I'm going to leave all the branches coming off of the mains and see how this one turns out but of course I changed my mind all the time so who knows how these girls are going to do any tips are appreciated

I got a humidifier in there now I made it at 55% now this is my first time growing with hydro and only my second attempt first attempt was with soil years ago this is going much better I'm not sure when I should flip them I'm just going to keep going until they fill out I suppose

Starting to have to deal with the heat from outside temps went up to 85 + Fbin the room today halfway through the week I'm managing to keep the tent at 78 and the water at 68 also lowered light bad choice going to bring it back up to 16in Day 40 I added a scrog hope it was a good choice plants are available 4 in tall Now geting around 35,000 lux day 41 fim on A

I did HST on B and put one of the branches into the centre for a better spread of the light I also took off all the under foliage from A give it some better airflow did a water change on the 26 everything is looking good to me a little burning on some leafs but light moved up now

Day 50 Added another light getting ready for the flower soon the plan drank 15 L in 12 H for the first time also starting to have difficulty keeping the heat down in the water and in the room Day 53 managed to get the heat under control I have an AC in there for the hot days now also did some major defoliation and added nutrients to the plants sitting at 600 PPM now pH likes to fluctuate up to 7.2 but I'm keeping it maintained at 6.6 now Day 55 temperature has been sitting at 77 pH has been 6.2 PPM are down to 400 today continuing to drink 15+ L a day will do a race change in a feeding and a couple of days

Day 58 did some pretty major defoliation on both plants I'm not sure if I should be pulling them down with LST at this point but they seem to be going pretty good on their own my humidity has been going up to 85% with light out and a constant 60% I'm going to have to invest in a dehumidifier I believe. Day 59 did a complete change of the nutrient and water inside of the dwc it's also the first time that I remove the plants from the system and gave it a complete clean I'm going to go into flower in 2 weeks on the next reservoir change I brought the PPM up to 1050 I see a lot of other growers on here with ppm's in this level I'm hoping my plants react well to it also trying to keep the PM to 6 and I use a par metre on my phone now with 740 watts of quantum in the tent my plants are getting 600 ppm across the full canopy at 18 my plants don't seem to be burning so I'm going to bring it back to the 16 in tomorrow Day 60 decided to put the lights at 14 in going to see how they do with that right now they're sitting in around 750 par 🙂 Day 61 the plants have used 200 PPM in 2 Days Day 62 no changes to note here ppm are being keep at 850 now Day 63 I'm going to switch to flower in 3 days ! Put ppm up to 1150

Day 64 I did major defoliation on the girls the nutrients have been mixed up for the transition. This week into flower PPM at 1150 par on the girls is 800-900 with my phone app the water temp has been vary good at 65F the girls can drink close to 200 PPM a day and all I really replenish is the Cal mag until the week is finished I also have some overflow of the nutrients inside the system I remove 5 gallons and add back a gallon or so a day along with the fresh water Day 65 well.... The girls used 20L and 200 PPM in 24H! Ppm at 950 now lights at 15in now Day 66 added a little cal-mag as well as the rest of the nutrient water from the exchange PPM at 1000 now lights at 15in Day 67 no reports today 🙂 Day 68 girls filling up again PPM is at 750 Day 69 water like usual pmm 660 now Day 70 last day of my veg ppm at 550 going to go 12/12 tomorrow excited

Day 1 Today is the first day of flower here we go doing a water changer in 2 or 3 days will set it to 900 or so can't wait to see the first buds on my girls a lot of love in this grow Day 2 Ppm at 450 now time to change out tomorrow Day 3 have a five gallon bucket at 1500 PPM to add back during this week is the reservoir gets low. ppm's are at 1150 with a fresh change of all the water we'll see how she's doing tomorrow Day 4 had a major disaster last night went in to check everything and have an inch of water inside of the tentnot too much water drain from the pots that the roots got dry but it did sprung a leak when I change the water out I filled the buckets too high so my sealed job broke had to think on my feet put the 4 plants into DiY dwc buckets I built with their bubble inside no way of maintaining the temperature in there going to have to get some kind of a new epoxy and hopefully have the system up and running tomorrow. Day 5 all is well with the grow again completely cleaned out the system and all the buckets put the new epoxy on there and everything is leak free did another exchange what the plants back to their original pots with a slight adjustment to the placement I hope the stress of moving the girls is not going to affect my yields too much it is only day five of flower hopefully everything's smooth sailing from here on out P.s had to add the 5-gallon of 1500 PPM nute solution to the reservoir to get everything at the proper level along with some extra Cal mag and a small amount of the other nutes the PPM in the system is now at 740 Day 6 happy to say not much to report lol everything looks good 🙂 Day 7 week over

I've been quite busy have been updating the grow as much as I wish I could on day 10 I got a lot of defoliation on the plants now at day 14 still look like could use a lot more but I'm just going to leave them for now buds starting to develop and I don't want to stress them out I also just purchased a bud booster today I'm going to do a full water exchange tomorrow I've been adding in nutrients every couple of days instead of waiting the full week I'm going to bring the PPM up to 900-1000 range

Day 15 I didn't do much raised up the lights a little bit and added water as usual Day 16 ppm 1000, ph6.2, temp80, water temp 66 ,62%hum Day 17 I hit a plant with a lot more defoliation none of the undergrowth is getting any light and it's starting to really raise the humidity I know it can stress out the girls but I'm hoping this is the best auction I can't afford a dehumidifier at this time and I need to start getting this humidty down in high 70s it's been a lot more dry and hot days lately but it's never going below 60 yet Day 18 moved all the drivers outside of the tent also had to move the fan to the floor the one with the carbon filter the lights were getting too close to the ceiling and I'm going to have to keep raising hoping this also brings my humidity down a bit Day 19 nothing to report but Buds starting to feel in Day 20 all going well the smell seems to be going down with the fan on the floor but the heat has also gone up solve the problem I didn't have made my problem worse but at least I can get my lights higher now lol probably going to hook up the AC in there tomorrow
