She may have N toxicity from the looks of those dark green leaves that are beginning to yellow and die. Check the pH and ppms of your runoff. I'm guessing your pH is too low and your ppms are too high. In this case do a nice flush. Next best bet is adding some calmag and being sure not to overwater.
