Hey there, Peeps! I was traveling the majority of week 4 so this week was a surprise for me too. I took pics the morning I departed which was day 1 of week 4, or day 22. I fed the plants a generous amount of earthworm casting tea with the corresponding nutes that morning as an extra measure against drying out in a week. This ended up working well and the plants looked great when I got back to them. I took some extra pics from the day I got back, day 28, to make up for the lack of pics for the week. As you can see from the pics, these ladies have entered flowering and are looking healthy! I researched the weather for the week and although a couple of days topped out at 90-93 degrees Fahrenheit, the mean high was 84 and the overall daytime average was 79. The humidity was a bit higher than the previous weeks at about 67%. It must have been pretty muggy and a little miserable for humans, but not for these ladies. I fed these plants the same amounts as the previous week with the addition of the earthworm castings tea. This brought my PPM to about 900 and this is the minimum I will be feeding these plants in the upcoming weeks. I will be adding a few more things to the mix for flowering so pay attention to the nutrients section week to week. Again to clarify, the green tag is getting Earth Juice Elements Grow/Bloom along with the rest of the Big 5 Earth Juice line, the red tag is getting the Earth Juice Original Big 5 line, and the blue tag is getting the Earth Juice big 5 line minus any Grow/Bloom. It looks to me as though I might be getting 3 different phenos, either that or the elements is simply crushing the size portion of the trial. Upon arrival, I measured Elements at 12.5 inches, Original at 9.5 inches, and Control at 6 inches. They will be getting their first flower feeding this next week and I'm excited to see what happens next. Stay tuned. Wondering if I should do any Low-Stress Training, which I normally do, since it throws another variable in the experiment. Shoot me a comment and let me know what you think.

Should I do any Low-Stress Training, which I normally do, since it throws another variable in the experiment? These plants are all different sizes and if I LST I will definitely increase the yield but I feel like that interrupts the scientific process. Shoot me some thoughts.

My opinion is... It's not that science like to begin with.... Does LST increase yields?? Does defoliation increase yields?? Experienced growers write books on their information. But observations and personal experience seem to be a very powerful thing so it goes both ways... There is a certain natural element here. You can try to quantify it and put numbers to it. But it's like a beauty.. It's nature. It's growing a plant but it's also the plant growing itself. Try both.. Lst all the way :). Learn some new things.

@sevihec, Hi buddy! Lighting is very important, if it does not receive enough direct light or enough hours of light, it will grow slower or develop less. Sweet smokes! -Apolo
