Very happy with the new method of germinating I'm using. Soaking an EazyPlug in water (with some mild microbes if you'd like) and then planting the seed. After that it's keeping the soil at a temperature around 24c, so far it's worked every time...
Pretty happy with this plant so far... Not too much happening and it's just chugging along in veg. I'm hoping it will get at least a month of veg before it starts flowering so it can really go for it.
It went for it a bit more this week, still a pretty happy plant. It looks like next week I can do some LST and maybe even top if it hasn't started to flower yet.
So this week I topped the plant, as well as did some LST, which I'm quite happy with. Now I'm going to leave it until day 20 of flower, when I'll defoliate quite heavily.
I was quite happy that, just as advertised, she started to show an amazing purple colour. My old phone's camera doesn't really do it justice, but later in the grow you will see some of the close ups with the new camera and the colours are amazing!
You can really start to see the colours coming through now! The tent is getting pretty full with the mainlining experiment that I'm also running at the same time. It was also time for her 20 day in flowering defoliation to help get rid of the smaller low bud sites (that never really stood a chance) and the leaves that were getting in the way of the main buds.
