Half of this grow will be in roots organic original soil with Mephisto soil amendments. The The other half will be with Coco and advanced nutrients . The soil seedlings always seem to take off faster but the Coco seems to catch up and surpass later on in the lifecycle. It ought to be interesting to see the results and I will be doing this for all 5 Artisanal tester strains. Hopefully everything works out.
This strain is Orange Diesel (ODV3 x SODK) each strain will have 4 plants 🌱
Coco girls got their first light fading and super soil still getting water. As with all the other journals for the soil is a little bit ahead of the coco. Still trying to figure that out .
So I’ve been in the process of selling my house and buying a new one. I have been trying to keep up with my girls as much as possible. Everything seems to be going pretty good although I feel as if they need a little more attention. I’m just hoping that my closing day allows me to finish the grow.
As far as Coco and soil it seems to be doing what it always does for me, soil starts out faster and Coco ends up catching up in the end.
Girls are really picking up speed. Coco starting to take off In the soil are probably a week ahead. Everything smells so incredibly sweet. I can’t wait to finish these out

@@frags, yeah there’s something about soil that gives the seedling a head start for me anyway. But as far as yields are concerned Coco definitely has the advantage. It gives the plant everything it needs immediately and I think with soil it takes a little bit longer for the plant to process the nutrients . It’s not even so much the Coco but the synthetic nutrients used. Definitely pros and cons to both but let’s see how these finish out.
