Girl scout cookie auto - Sensible seeds

My First Girl scout cookie auto from Original Sensible seeds. I've had great success with their purple haze auto and a Bruce banner #3 in veg so I'm looking forward to this one with no real worries. Usual cheap and cheerful setup with Bio buzz triple nuits. Also been learning about homemade nuits so I'll be trying some out over the grow

Not much to report, settling well. Only on homemade nuits for now

Little miss cookie has settled into her new home aka the converted shoe cupboard aka the nursey very well. Light nuits plus homemade nuits A couple of miss shaped leaves but nothing I'm worried about.

Has been some good growth this week on Sensible seeds Girl Scout Cookie auto. There's not a lot happening to report as she is just doing her thing. Water and homemade nuits with a weekly Biobizz triple. Good week

Another veg week for the original sensible seeds girl Scout cookie auto. (I don't know why the other weeks say flowering I'll have to change them.) Nice growth on her and looking healthy shes on a weekly (when I remember) bio buzz triple, tap water and any homemade nuits knocking around. She's had her top chopped to split the main cola and some trimming of lower buds that won't have long enough to mature. I'll be shaping her some over the next week or two with LST, supercrop ( now a tradition more than a requirement) for her new home the converted cupboard which requires a more rectangular canopy. She's probably 2 weeks away from 'The stretch' (I don't know if its a real thing the strech but its a term I like to use anyway) in my head it goes -seedling - veg - signs of flower for about two weeks - Stretch week or two. This is the phase where by if you don't check on her for a day or two all of a sudden you've got a tree in your cupboard -Bud fattening -Harvest

This girl has got some absolutely beautiful leaves. They have a dark tinge to them, that I don't know if it shows through on the pictures, but it is very cool. I think I may have too many buds for the size of my grow space but I can't decide which to trim or if I'm just overthinking things. Ill leave her for now and just tuck away leaves as the bud sites start to develop and then later trim any, if there are any of course, that may not have time or space to grow....... so for now I'll leave her to decide. she looks indica dominant (I've not checked) which suits me, I'm a fan of indica in a growing sense for my space, but means she will be a thirsty girl in my experience, compared to the sativa dominants. You can see in the photos that she has started to take square shape for her canopy space. I was once worried about her leaves touching the £1 emergency blanket I use as light reflection in the grow cupboard but has never been an issue its way too thin to hold anyway near enough heat to ever be an issue so the shaping also come somewhat naturally. shes under a selection of home standard LED bulbs around 10w, random blasts of UVB from a reptile light (I think helps growing with a slight slowing of the auto influence. My own thoughts from previous experiments only.) the other lights remain on 24 hours with a few 5 min breaks in the timer to cool the bulbs down a touch. I of course talk to her/them on a regular basis which has some scientific backing somewhere showing benefit for both of us.

I had a big problem this and I'm happy it's happened. "Huh, why?" I noticed the buds had bright yellow / bright green tips. Curling downwards points. Only top 2 buds, the others leaves were all fine. Although I don't measure nuits (I'm a 'yeah that looks right' kinda guy) I ruled out over nuiting without checking because I don't give much anyway. Deficiency crossed my mind but her cousin Mrs Banner is on the same and looked fine. I quickly decided it was the lighting. She's a lot taller than her purple haze cousin I harvested a few weeks ago but she's in the same spot without adjusting the lighting. I'm happy because I learnt some good knowledge. My instincts told me the 2 main buds were getting too tall. But I ignored it. I learnt I should have gone with my insticts, I learned what the signs are for light burn. I learnt thanks to an app on my phone a lot more about light strength (I can't vouch 100% for accuracy but it had good reviews and seems to know what it's doing.) I asked some tech experts once about the accuracy of phone sensors, who basically told me the phones of today can be extremely accurate, and easy handle tasks such as light strength, it all comes down to the software using the tech. And it appears to have been the lights, I heightened them s few days ago and as of writing this she's back to praising the LED God. ...... Back to Miss G.S. Cookie I used LST to bend the effected buds as I should have done a bit sooner because she's getting quite tall for the space. I was shocked to see how young she she is, I only realised writing this diary. (With such a rotation of plants at different stages Grow diary's is a massive help for me personally, for keeping track. Shout to the team) She's a big girl already. I trimmed some lower buds that would have been overkill for the space and probably time, hoping for bigger buds over more buds. Tucked away any leaves blocking bud sites, I'll trim if needed when she's settled into the final push and the canopy is full. No traditional super crop yet but there's time for an accidental one yet. One hit of Biobizz triple, water top up once I think and homemade nuits.

This girl scout cookie is taking some serious restraining to keep her buds level. I'm 99.9% sure I was correct with the Lightburn being the issue on the light tips of her bud leaves. There have been no more since moving the light away. I've noticed she's getting a bit thirsty, which I have found happens with most of the bigger leaved indica dominants in my short experience. A Biobizz triple nuits, plus tap water and homemade nuits. I'm quite amazed at how big she is fast such a young age, she's certainly a grower.

We have some really warm weather here in the UK, specifically where I live anyway. Here it usually rains or some shite weather. But with it being so hot I both forgot (Dickhead) and Miss Cookie drank a lotvor dried up a bit quicker than usual? Either way I opened the cupboard to see she was all limp and sad ..... but a quick drink, then, some 6 hours later and she was praising the LED gods as I tried to show but there's a lot of light reflecting off the foil blanket.

This girl scout cookie is a big girl next to here Bruce Banner sister, and about 3weeks younger. I've not done much this week, tucked away any leaves covering bud sites and trimmed about 3 leaves that couldn't be tucked. Biobizz triple, bloom, grow and top max. Homemade nuits and just tap water. She's taken up her canopy space up in the grow cupboad so she's all set.

Another solid week for the girl Scout cookie auto from Original Sensible seeds. She has got her shape and she's budding away nicely. She will just be on water for the remainder of her grow as I think she's in her final few weeks. I have trimmed a few leaves at work blocking her bud sites and tucked away anything I could. I've also trimmed the bigger dying leaves. Just going to let the buds get fat. peace

These buds are getting fat on the Girl Scout cookie auto from Original sensible seeds. The way the plant has taken shape, reminds me a lot of the Purple Haze I have grown in the past, which have been my favourite grows so far. She has a great even level of buds thanks to earlier LST. just UK tap water and homemade nuits for the next couple of weeks.

The time has come for for this beautiful girl Scout cookies auto from Original Sensible seeds. Her leaves had started to slightly yellow due to me missing a water or two. Also extra dry because I've been so caught up with “real life stuff” that she has been sat on the side for about 3 days as I haven't had the time needed to harvesting her until now......,. The buds are lovely and fat 😃 whilst feeling a very good weight 😏 (should be updated below) some time later........... Wow! Now she's trimmed for her bikini shot, the buds look beautiful and plump. Oooozing a fruity fragrance with every snip. Very happy with earlier in the grow, chopping off some developing bud sites I felt would not have the time to flourish. Something I've tested from a-b samples (although different strains) and currently lean towards limiting the amount of bud sites thats she has to actually grow. *I'm talking Autos* A Brilliant strain and genetics from a growing perspective. I'm finding a pattern to my taste in how strains grow. just got to wait and see on the final smoke. peace
