Really excited about this one. This was another freebie from Seedsman.
Green Crack (Skunk#1 x Afghani) by Humboldt Seeds was originally known as "Cush" until Snoop Dogg nicknamed it as "green crack".
Outdoors she can reach heights of 12-16 feet (~3-4 meters). I will keep her under 4 feet.
She is expected to be both resinous and pungent with an expected indoor flowering cycle of 8-9 weeks.
Flavor is of mangos. Yield estimates vary widely but generally stated 300-500g/m2.
Thanks for following along. Feel free to leave comments, ask questions, shoot the sh*t or whatever!
Happy growing,
Taz
Welcome back!
She has roots showing at the bottom of the net pot! She is looking great with good color. Her first leaves are out and she is pushing out her second leaves. Any day now and she will explode with growth.
She is coming right along and looking awesome. This is my first Plant using Advanced Nutrients from seed. She also uses the RO water. I think I was just cursed with a poor nutrient choice.
Well we’re at week 4 of the First Lady I’ve grown that has only had Advanced Nutrients. She looks awesome and hasn’t shown a single deficiency. I’m a proud papa!!
You can really see the indica in her leaves. The fast buds green crack had much more sativa like leaves. When she’s about 18” tall I’ll move her to flower.
She is starting to grow her branches. She has nice big fat leaves and a healthy color. I’m anxious for her to get to flower!!! Really excited to try her.
With the Pandora out of the tent I now have the Green Crack in the flower tent. My brothers in the pack tell me that she will explode with growth! I’m anxious.
She’s filled up her 2x2 foot area and has tons of budsites. She is a bit light sensitive a branch had extended to an adjacent plants area and was about 4” below the light. The whispy white hairs singed Brown and shriveled. Obviously I moved the branch.
Wow I wasn’t expecting 5 more inches but I’ll take it. She has four weeks to fill in. I don’t think she will have any problem. She has a great sweet smell.
She looks awesome and smells better. I’ll supercrop the top so I can lower the light. If memory serves she is a fairly light yielder (under 500g/m2) and her flowers are airy.
Jefffish said my buds are so larfy because of over feeding. I have reduced the nutrient solution to about half strength. I’ll report next week if it changes anything.
I will be chopping her this coming weekend. Last update before the harvest. I reduced the nutrient levels and she made some normal looking flowers. Now I’m going to try and see what is a good nutrient level as everyone in the Wolfpack has been telling me instead of following ANYTHING the manufacturer says 😂
She grew like a weed. Hmmm.
Seriously, in spite of my extreme over fertilization I am extremely pleased with the quality and for as larfy as she was I’m pretty happy with the yield.
